Ross at RB Fitness has been a brilliant help towards reaching my goals both personally and as an athlete. Over 6 Nutrition education sessions, Ross provided detailed practical information, daily challenges and regular conversations to discuss my progress.
The sessions themselves are fun and highly useful, and I now feel I have the tools to make sustainable, healthy choices in my diet in the long term, informed by the Science.
During this time, I have been able to see a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and body composition; I’m confident that with the knowledge I’ve gained, I can continue to build on this.
Ross himself is the major selling point - you can really tell he cares about your journey, and he makes learning and working with him fun and purposeful.

I have been having PT sessions with Ross at RB Fitness for just over a month so far. I have to say I would highly recommend him.
Over the years I have had a number of different PT instructors and he is by far the best.
I have found him Very dedicated, enthusiastic and extremely Knowledgeable, the tips and tricks he has past on to me have certainly helped with my gains.
He has a friendly manner and makes the sessions fun and engaging which compared to previous dreary workout routines from past PT instructors is extremely refreshing.
If you want an instructor who really knows what they are doing , with the added bonus of a friendly yet professional approach, then I would certainly recommend RB fitness.

Ross is a fantastic PT, really supportive and encouraging. Ross has helped identify how to manage exercise and healthy eating in an already busy daily schedule.
