I’ve been training with Mo for over a year now and I’d highly recommend him.
My fitness, confidence and life in general has has massively improved.
Mo is very knowledgeable and he applies this to the training, with plenty of variety. He makes you feel at comfortable and at ease.
I have had other personal trainers in the past and Mo is the best by far.
Love the range of workouts and how I’m pushed so I can improve my fitness levels.

Can highly recommend Mo. Sessions are always challenging yet enjoyable and are not just about the exercise but also about learning correct techniques and building knowledge about what I’m doing. Mo is always available for advice outside of sessions, always encouraging and I feel that he is genuinely interested in helping me progress. Lastly, Mo has given me the confidence to go to the gym by myself

He's super knowledgeable and always takes the time to make sure you're safe and your form is correct. I started with him not even knowing how to run properly and since I've managed to run 7k.
His gym is full of great equipment and everything you need is there. He honestly goes out of his way for his clients and has helped me build my confidence up massively.

I’ve been training with Mo for around three years. He has taken the time to get to know me personally, my strengths and weaknesses and devises my workouts to be both challenging and varied, pushing me to the edge of my comfort limits and encouraging me to go beyond. Mo’s happy to take the time to answer my constant questions and explain the benefits and of the exercises, helping me to understand where I can improve. Would have no hesitation in recommending Mo.
Been training with Mo for 6 years now. Even after all this time he still manages to challenge me and no session is the same.
He has helped me achieve many a personal goal whether that be run my first marathon, 24hr relay endurance races, losing weight for my wedding or swing a 24kg kettlebell.

There is a lot of variety of work outs and always pushes me that little bit harder.
I love the mix of weights with boxing training.

Mo managed to keep me fit and healthy during my pregnancy - even though I moaned a lot! The doctors even remarked on it!! Mo made sure I was moving enough and eating the right food to keep my baby and I happy and healthy. With Mo’s training and advice, I’m confident that I’ll be back in my old jeans soon enough :)
I met Mo when he was training my children in the Gym, i was so impressed i booked some sessions for myself around 2 years ago and have learnt a lot and achieved so much, my body has changed shape and I feel so much more energised, and his passion for fitness has rubbed off on me. Highly recommend.

Used to attend Mo’s classes at Premier Vivacity & wanted to learn about technique with my boxing pad work so I began 1 to 1 classes with him, since then I have recently started lifting weights which is something I never thought I would do, he’s very passionate in what he does & always pushes you to do better, I always come away from my sessions feeling motivated to achieve more.
Mo is very knowledgeable. Encourages you to push yourself that bit more forward in your training .. i would recommend Mo to anyone .
