Well what can i say……….I joined BBF on a 6 week programme and started the same day I signed up. I haven’t done any fitness for many many years!! My 1st session was so welcoming and I felt part of the BBF family from that moment. Every class is varied and the coaches are always on hand for support and correction of the technics so you get the results. My journey has been a challenging one with work commitments and not making all 3 session but nobody judges you, the team and ladies just encourage you and help you always! I feel healthy and have loads more energy than before and made some amazing friends along the way. Its not just the fitness which is incredible it’s the family you enter in to which is fabulous. Everyone can get involved if they wish. I would recommend this amazing group without any doubt and you wouldn’t be disappointment💯💯💯 xxx

I am into my 4th week and loving it! My daughter in law Jo introduced me to BBF I have watched her progress to an instructor and you would think that she has been doing it forever haha. All the coaches are unique and help me with variations to the exercises as I have a dodgy shoulder and back. I have already lost a total of 8 cms which I am pleased with. My goal is to get fit and for my asthma to improve after having Covid twice. I will be signing up for 6 months on payday and continuing on my health journey. I am happier in myself thanks to the BBF community, I’m looking forward to the retreat at the end of the month also. Everyone have a Happy Easter 🐣 💛 🐣

Will soon be coming up to a year with the amazing BBF family 😍😁..... After joining up I soon realised that this was the place I wanted to be. From the very first session it became apparent that everyone totally enjoyed being there. Everyone was welcoming and I soon made friends with the other women that also attended the classes. I enjoyed the workouts and all the extra information we were given to help aide us in our nutrition journey.
I have enjoyed it that much that I took the step in moving forward and actually becoming a part of the coaching team.
I have absolutely no regrets in starting my journey with this amazing group 😎😁👌🏻

I joined BBF 5 weeks ago having not done any exercise for 2 years. I was struggling with my mental health due to bereavement and I was feeling overwhelmed with stress from work. I can honestly say I am dealing with each day more positively, paying more attention to self care because of all the support and advice. The added bonuses are, I am so much fitter already, I have made so many friends and I feel stronger, not just physically but mentally as well. I highly recommend trying BBF as it is so much more than an exercise class!

I noticed the advert for BBF on Facebook but kept putting off getting in contact. I know how scary that first step can be and how easy it is to talk yourself out of it. 😊 I am, however, so glad I got in touch. Soon after sending my enquiry Mark gave me a ring where we discussed what it was I was looking to achieve and how the group could help me reach those goals. I have tried everything - the gym, running groups, exercise dvd's etc - but i soon lose motivation and end up back where i started. This is were this group is different. It focuses on your diet and nutrition as well as your fitness. You will be exercising with women of all ages, all sizes, and all different fitness levels. The sessions are varied and challenging but always fun. Joining BBF is like joining a community who encourage and support you every step of the way. I am in week 4 of the 6 week transformation challenge and have already seen improvements and an increase in my energy levels. I am enjoying what i am doing so much that i have already signed up to become a member so i can continue making positive changes in 2022. 😁

I joined BBF 3 weeks ago to help me get back into fitness after a shoulder injury. The ladies have been very welcoming and the instructors are very helpful and fun. Ive not lost any weight but ive not always stuck ti thd diet. I do however feel less anxious about exercising and feel more confident. Im hoping this 6 week body blitz will help me get back into exercising regularly and improve my mental health x

3 years ago I saw some videos of BBF- contacted Mark for more info but decided I wasn’t ready. I hate exercise truly always have and gyms are my nightmare. However I retired in July and suddenly was a lot less active ( primary teacher). My husband likes going the gym and because he was concerned about us having a long healthy retirement wanted me to join him. I had a few minor health issues and my doctor told me to increase my exercise. I decided to investigate BBF again and spoke to someone I knew who used it. I contacted Mark and laid all my issues out to him- my loathing of exercise,mental block about the gym and desire to get fitter. He encouraged me to try the 6 week programme and I’m glad I did! From session 1 I was welcomed by the trainers and other ladies in the group. I didn’t feel self conscious and was allowed to work at my own pace with constant support from the trainers. It was hard I won’t deny it and there were times when I wanted to give up but I never did because of the support I was given. After a few weeks I had lost inches and by the end of the 6th week I had lost more,was fitter and more importantly still didn’t love exercise but I didn’t hate it. My husband noticed my changes in my mental health and I was fitter! I signed up for another 3 months and I think I’m in it for the long run! The changes in my mental health and fitness has now given me the impetus to tackle my weight issues again. I have monthly chats with the health nurse and she is really pleased with the changes I have made both physically and mentally. I wouldn’t have done it without BBF, Mark,Kate and Jez and all the ladies in the group. Most of all I wouldn’t be carrying on without the new self belief I have in my ability to get and be fitter and that came from being part of BBF!

So it was new years day 2022, I was feeling fed up and unfit and not looking forward to anything when I saw a post on FB regarding BBF.
I sent a message inquiring and within the hour Mark messaged me back. He then rang and we spoke on the phone he was so easy to chat too. The next day I was booked on to my first class my goodness I was nervous
It was brilliant my first instructor was Kate she greeted me and made me very welcome she kept a close eye on me all session making sure I was ok. 3 months on I'm attending 3 classes a week and loving every minute.
All the coaches are amazing, the members are amazing and friendly too
Ive lost 31cm and feel so much more energised fitter and more importantly happier.
My husband and kids have seen a difference in me too I'm back to being a happy mum.
So glad I sent that message.

Wow just finished my 6 week bootcamp and what an amazing 6 weeks its been!!! I've lost nearly 7lb (1lb a week was my goal) and I've lost inches from all parts of body. I have just signed up and joined BBF indefinitely.
The classes are amazing, very different from anything ive done before. I love that its up to me to put in as much effort as i can as the classes are run based on your own fitness level (they give alternative exercises 💪🙌) and you can take breaks when needed.
The ladies in the classes are amazing too I've had encouragement and lovely comments which keeps you going.
My diet has improved im drinking more water and eating healthy. I just love this new lifestyle change and so happy I found Better Body Fitness 🥰 Mark, Jess and Sarah have really helped me so much thank you 😘😘😘 xxxx

I found this group on Facebook at Christmas time and I knew I needed to do something different in 2022 to get fit and lose weight. I took the plunge and enquired..spoke to Mark who made me feel comfortable stright away as I am shy and nervous about new things and starting new groups. From that first phone call, my first class and to today every person as made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident. From the first class I loved it. The coaches are all ready to help to teach you the right techniques and change the exercise if needed to suit your body. I started with focus to loose weight and get fit and it still is but I also go to the classes because I enjoy them amd i feel like i can do anything after them. I am excited to finish work to get there. It really has changed my view on getting fit, being healthy and losing weight.

It’s really friendly, everyone’s so supportive of each other and the coaches are fab 😍,they provide fun classes that are always different and are on hand the whole time to help and guide and always alittle boogie at the end… my favourite bit.
I don’t even think about going in the mornings, I just get up a ‘go’, that’s never happened, I would always ‘talk ‘ myself out of exercise 🤣.
There’s no ‘Posers’ everyone works to their own abilities and I’ve had so many belly laughs…. Which we all need.💓
Some of the classes too are outside which is fun.
If in doubt just give it ago…. You won’t regret it.
My body shape has changed in just six weeks, I’m stronger and more confident now.
Even signed up for one of the social nights. 🥂

Who would have believed I would get to nearly 2 years with BBF ! But truly is one of the best things I have ever invested in ... from the amazing coaches who have helped me get where I am today , to thd wonderful ladies who have become my friends.. as a team, we all work and support each other ... even when i don't feel in the zone, i turn up and everyone is so motivational 💯... one work ro describe my journey so far AMAZING! I just wanted to let anyone know who’s worried about joining BBF......Well don’t worry! It’s the best group/team you’ll ever meet together with great rewards! The classes are good fun and caters to everyone’s needs. I am just about to start week four and have already lost 20 1/2 inches.. the help and support is phenomenal together with fabulous meal options and nutritional advice, a wonderful network of people to answer any questions are always there! The last few years have been tough for everyone and me included but since joining I feel so much better and starting to see results really helps.

I joined BBF just over 4 weeks ago and I was very nervous at first as I'm very self conscious about my weight which is a reason I never wanted to go to a normal gym because I always find people are judgemental. However BBF is totally different! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the support from all the coaches is amazing! Alternative exercises are always available and the zoom classes are great and allow me to fit them into my busy mum of 3 life! In just 3 weeks I lost 21 inches from all over my body and I feel physically fitter. I already can't wait to see what progress I make as the weeks go on! I would definitely recommend BBF 💜

I joined Better Body Fitness 6 weeks ago on the 6 week accelerator programme and I am absolutely loving it. The classes are varied and you can work at your own pace and the coaches are all brilliant and so very helpful, always encouraging and you get a lot of individual attention. This is by far the best fitness programme I have every joined and have just signed up for another 12 months. So in 6 weeks I've lost half a stone and 12 inches and today I ran the 5K Race For Life in 41 minutes. There is no way I could have done that 6 weeks ago, I was so unfit and over weight after lockdown. Not bad for 58 hey.....my goal is for another half stone and another 12 inches for my sons wedding in 6 weeks time. Highly recommended, the coaching staff and all the Ladies will make you feel very welcome. Thank you Mark James and everyone at BBF xx 😘❤

I have only recently started this programme but its better for me than anything else I've tried because I want to go and I enjoy going to the fitness classes. Also its not just about fitness or food but a two way system to teach you the importance of being healthy at your own pace. You don't feel like you are excluding yourself from the things you like but learning to adjust yourself for them. I'm glad I started the journey and looking forward to 2022 to continue it.

Its been three weeks since I joined BBF. I've enjoyed every minute of it. The team are very friendly and helpful. I work shifts and they will always try and fit me in according to my work pattern. I've always found gym very intimidating and finding BBF was the best thing. They recognised that everyone is different and are there to help and support you. Now I look forward to my exercise classes every week. I am so glad that I bit the bullet and called Mark.

BBF is a fantastic group, where the coaches support us in exercise and nutrition. Thankfully after years of trying different diets i am starting to regain my fitness, lose weight and regain my confidence. Everyone starts at their own pace and alternative exercises are given if you cant quite do the same as others due to fitness levels, but, believe me it was a great inward feeling when my fitness progressed and i could do my first set of 10 sit-ups in years, i smiled all the way home!
The recipies on the groups facebook page help tremendously, if you struggle with what to buy/eat. If you miss a class due to other commitments there are recorded sessions to follow. There are bonus sessions too for glute and core, which are fab, especially coming upto summer!
Ive been with BBF for 5 months now and will never look back. If anyone is unsure/anxious about joining, as i was, come and give it a go, im sure you wont look back either. 💪

I joined BBF 4 weeks ago and I am really enjoying it. Everyone at BBF are so friendly and supportive , the classes are varied and everyone works at they own pace with loads of encouragement given by friendly coaches. I feel better in myself and have more energy and I now have 3 hours a week to concentrate on me.
i would recommend BBF to anyone who has all the usual anxieties about fitness classes, as they will not exist after your first class, honestly.

I joined BBF in May I really needed to get to grips with weight and eating. I became a single mum last year and struggled to find time to do anything. It I decided to make time and the sessions work perfect for me. I started with the 6 week programme and lost 31 inches, then signed up to the 3 months. I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes made lots of new friends, fitness has improved so much. I have never felt uncomfortable in the sessions or like I want to hide at the back. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive and I couldn’t imagine ever going anywhere else where you get this. If your unsure just sign up for 6 weeks you won’t regret it xx

I signed up and got a call from Mark who was very supportive all the way through. Even after only 3 weeks I am feeling better in myself more energy and better food habits now. I love the fun we have, we work hard but the amazing people who attend each session make it such a good time, we laugh a lot. Everyone works at their own pace and you are never shamed if you can’t do something, the wonderful coaches will always offer an alternative. Every session is different and never get boring. I had seen this group advertised on Facebook for a while and finally worked up the courage to sign up and I'm so glad I did. Gyms just weren't the place for me but BBF is a refreshing change. The coaches are so positive and really do their utmost to encourage you along and let you decide where your limits are without judgement. The other members in the classes are all a lovely bunch and they all encourage each other along to try to push yourself that little bit further - and it all helps. Not only do you get a positive physical result, the mental benefits are outstanding too and you will definitely come away feeling more confident and energised - I know I did. I would definitely recommend these classes to anyone that was thinking of joining without hesitation. Thank you Mark James and your coaches for a fantastic six weeks of training.

I have just finished my 6 weeks transformation program and I feel amazing, more energy and feel fitter already. I lost 4 pound and 29 n half cm off the whole of my body 😀. I can’t see much of a difference in my pictures but my jeans finally fit and don’t feel uncomfortable. Can’t wait to see my end result 💪🏻. I’m into my 4th week of BBF bootcamp and immediately I feel like I’m in the right place. Like a lot of people I’ve never felt like the gym was my sort of thing, but I didn’t know what other options I had, until I saw the BBF page on Instagram.
I wanted fitness, support, help to keep consistent, a sense of community and also I wanted some education on Nutrition.. I have found all of this with BBF.
I’ve lived on the Wirral for 8 years now and I have found it a bit of a struggle to make friends and meet new people so it’s so nice to now belong to this amazing group of people who are all here for each other. The exercise is varied and suitable for all. I’ve gone from doing Zumba DVDs alone at home to doing workouts with others that I never thought I could manage. The support from the whole team is great and the encouragement makes all the difference. I can’t believe I actually enjoy exercise and look forward to the classes, and I can’t believe how much more I now know about the food I eat and what it does for my body. My nutritional awareness is improving and I’m growing stronger and fitter every week.. this is a change I know I can keep consistent with because I have the support of BBF 💪🏽🥰🙏🏽

Better body fitness provides sessions which are fun, engaging and unlike other places, you deffineltly don't clock watch. Each class is different and the coaches all bring something different, all very fun and edgy. The ladies/men that attend are so welcoming, friendly and like one big family! I've been a member of better body fitness for 2 years and took part in activities that I wouldn't usually take part in, one example being tough mudder. Excited to see what 2021 will bring.

I joined BBF in August this year when we came out of Covid lockdown, after seeing the advert on Facebook. I completed the form and received a call from Kate. We had a long discussion about me. Where I was at all he moment in Mental and health state. It was strange telly no someone that I am 53 and my weight was the heaviest it had ever been. Then realising I actually haven’t done anything for me in a while. I signed up there and then for the 21 daykick start plan. Well needless to say I stayed.
Yes some people might say it’s expensive, and I have been a member at several other gyms. Probably the only other one i stayed the longest was were I started hot yoga. I left as everything was in the hot room. I stopped enjoying this when I became menopausal, and was literally being sick after every class because of the heat, so I had to bow out. I’ve had a personal trainer which in the end was not about what I wanted. I didn’t want to lifting heavy weights; even though I was being told I should be lifting heavier as id been doing it a while. That I also felt a failure because it wasn’t showing on the scales even though if dropped 2 dress sizes. I dreaded my Sunday morning message asking me to weigh in. I did also used to pay £45 a month for DW; which I may add I absolutely hated and it felt like a chore going. I could never get on a class, it was very clicky and competitive.
Anyway getting back to now. So I joined BBF, yes I was so nervous turning up for the first time, but doesn’t everyone feel one that. I could not have been met with more warmth and support on that day. The coaches are just brilliant, they make it fun without losing their professionalism. The classes are well planned out and keep me focused as well as enjoyable.
I love that was are all over the age of 30, no one judges each other as we are all on our own journey. I loved the outdoor sessions in the summer, there is something about exercising outside. Everyone goes at the own pace, we are all on our own journey, no one judges. We are all different ages and sizes and I admire every single one of them. The support is something like I really have never experienced; yes that sounds clechae, but it’s true. I love that the classes are varied and the only place that I’ve been, that tackles the places on the body that we women struggle with in later life.
I can honestly say that when we went into the second Covid lockdown, I was absolutely devastated. I dreaded the whole zoom thing. How wrong I was. I was blown away with how this made us come together more. The classes were brilliant, and I really believe this was my turning point. I literally put everything I could into it. There is always something to keep us engaged in group on the Facebook page. I am starting to see the rewards of my hard work and support from the coaches and the group. I can’t wait to see what 2021 brings. I’m so glad I took the time to complete the form and join BBF. I’m starting to feel more love me me again.

I joined BBF after being advised to improve my overall health by my cardiologist.
I was really worried about ‘keeping up’ during workouts and thought I’d be overwhelmed with the nutrition and tracking.
How wrong I was! Every workout can be adapted to meet your specific needs with alternatives incase of injury or fitness level. The coaches really take time to show you how to do this. Nutrition advice is broken down into units and explained simply yet really informative. Not overwhelming at all.
The workouts are fun and even on the days you may not feel up to it by the time a warm up is complete your likely to feel motivated again.
The group is amazing, support is second to none. Everybody is on a journey in the group and always there to answer questions, give moral support and sometimes just cheer each other up. I’me seeing results I didn’t think I would in only six weeks. Not only have I lost inches from everywhere! I feel amazing! I’ve more energy, I’m enjoying new foods and best of all my health has already improved massively. Thank you BBF I am learning to make lifestyle changes that can be sustained. X

I've done 3 weeks of BBF bootcamp so far. I wasn't sure if it would be for me as I'm 60 and thought it would be too much. So wrong....BBF is excellent. I go 3 times a week at times to suit me and the coaches are fab, give me plenty of alternatives if for any reason there is something I can't do. There is plenty of nutritional information and nothing is too much trouble for the coaches. If I have a question, I just ask. The people in BBF are also fantastic, the support from everyone is second to none, its a fabulous group and 3 weeks in and I've lost 8 pounds...delighted so much so I've signed up for the next 6 months. 🙂 🙂 🙂

I love the classes and the group, no one judges, every single member are supportive, I am 50 and this is the first group I have actually felt comfortable with, different ages, sizes,shapes and capabilities something for everyone I’ve never struggled with nutrition but it’s all there if I need it, I chose to do two classes a week as that fits in with my work and hone life nicely and my fitness has improved massively, I also gave up smoking 18 weeks ago after 30+ years and my exercise classes have helped me not only keep weight off but I am 11lb lighter
