I joined Core strength to help me become more mobile as I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, I casually met with Ammar to discuss my mobility issues and what I was expecting and awaited his input , what sold me 100% is Ammar wanted a letter from my GP to confirm I was ok to go ahead with joining , that to me showed he wasn’t just about money and was genuinely for his clients .
When I first joined I had never been the gym before , I have a weekly Personal training session and have built up the amount of times I independently train upto 3 times a week.
Ammar takes the time to explain and run through what needs doing as many times as it takes for me to get it right.
I feel a million times better with my mobility and he’s given me so so much confidence. I plan on training with Ammar for as long as possible.

Three personal training sessions down with Ammar and I've learned so much. Now I've had personal trainers/exercised alone for around 9 years. In a few sessions Ammar has corrected my form and I can feel the difference a lot and provided evidence based information. Ammar values are gold standard for those who train and attend his gym. It has been such a pleasure being able to work with Ammar in my training, would 100% recommend him to anyone looking! He took the time to listen to my specific goals and pushed me through every session to ensure I got where I wanted to be; he is so dedicated to making sure his clients reach their goals. I trained with Ammar for a period of around 2 months and I would 100% recommend him as a trainer! He is very dedicated to getting the best out of his clients and is definitely not a time waster! Every session counts with him & he will push you to your limit whilst ensuring you are still comfortable with every exercise! Writing this review has been long over due!
Training with Ammar some while back was quite the experience; working out with a PT was a first for me and Ammar did not disappoint. I’m not the easiest of people but Ammar showed great patience, whilst providing clear and easy to follow instructions.
I have never come across such a dedicated professional, his level of commitment is just out of this world and that was exactly what I needed at the time.

I contacted Ammar to help check and correct my form on a selection of key exercises: deadlift, squat, bench press and military press.
His instructions and advice were super clear, practical and easy to apply. He really takes the time to make sure you understand how to perform the exercises both safely and effectively. I never felt rushed or under pressure and, most importantly, I gained a HUGE amount of confidence in how to train.

Always a pleasure coming in and watching Ammar get to work with his clients and seeing the progression and improvements in their journey! It was a great experience that I trained with Ammar for four months, with that period I have lost 20kg of fat and he was mad a bit because I was cheating in my meals. He is very professional having a very good knowledge and trying to find new techniques and learning. He fixed some problems I had and I couldn’t fix them for two years when I was workout by myself.
I recommend him for any one have a target and want to achieve just stick with rules he gives and you will reach your goals.

An amazing PT. I really enjoy training with Ammar it's really FUN 😊. He is completely focused on every move/step. I Just had few sessions with Ammar and ALREADY feeling much more better. Honestly, it's an honor training with Ammar.
I joined the gym very long time ago but never felt any difference. I thought I knew everything about gym/training but NO! I was completely wrong.
It's amazing that Ammar has the knowledge of every small and big muscles in our body.
My biggest fear was the diet means Starvation but The Diet plan Ammar made for me I eat a lot and it's unbelievable that I have LOST FAT gained MUSCLES.
I would advice everyone to take some sessions with Ammar, and SEE the difference.
