I've worked with a few PT's over the years and Jodie was easily the best.
Making health changes isn't easy but she will keep you guided and in control, and she got me to the best strength / mobility I've ever had.
The sessions were challenging but not overwhelming. I really looked forward to them and Jodie kept them fresh and interesting. She mixes a really great blend of knowledge, "push" and encouragement when its needed!
I moved to a different city - absolutely the only reason why I'm not taking up one of her spaces in her schedule currently. Completely miss working with her.

Jodie is such a fantastic PT. Really thoughtful, personalised workouts and diets and super motivation. I have never been bored with Jodie's workouts as they are always different. She taught me a lot of fantastic "basic skills" and helped me get my strength back after an injury. I have been training with Jodie for over a year now. I can't recommend her highly enough. In my job I do a lot of lifting and so we worked on improving strength in those muscles and now my job is a lot easier ! I used to come home with back pain but I don't any more. I also thought I wouldn't be able to run anymore as I sustained plantar fasciitis but after some targeted exercises I was back running again thanks to Jodie. She is not only a fantastic PT but also a bit of a counsellor and she has supported me mentally as well as physically to achieve my goals. During lockdown we did online sessions which were just as effective as sessions in the gym, I really felt like I was really working hard and my strength and ability improved. The Instagram work out sessions were also a life saver in terms of staying healthy and well during lock down when the gyms are closed. The best decision I ever made was to start training with Jodie, I am so happy with the way I look and feel now and it is thanks to her.

After thinking about getting a personal trainer for a while. I noticed Jodie as she stood out from other PT’s due to the fact that she always had a smile on her face. Jodie is very approachable, knowledgeable, professional and extremely interested in my own thoughts and feelings about exercise, which she uses to push me further. I’ve trained with a few trainers but none of them made me feel as comfortable and at ease as Jodie. Jodie is highly knowledgeable and professional and really motivates you to stay focused on your goals and will set you up with a realistic plan tailored specifically to your needs. I was always intimidated by the idea of fitness with a personal trainer before I got in touch with Jodie. She is positive, understanding, non-judgmental, compassionate and extremely capable!

Jodie was my PT for a year before I moved away, she was fantastic. I had an ACL injury as well as chronic back issues and she helped me prepare for ACL surgery and helped me tone up for my wedding (I lost 11cm off my waist!!). We always went at a pace that I was comfortable with, but she pushed me to reach my goals. Her workout plans and nutritional advice were super useful and she was also lots of fun during the sessions which made them go much faster! I would thoroughly recommend Jodie for anybody looking to gain strength, lose weight and particularly those with sports injuries such as an ACL tear as she tailored my workouts accordingly.

Everybody needs a Jodie! Jodie has helped me find who I am again. She has physically and mentally rebuilt me through professionalism and friendship. A year ago in December I had to have a bigger than expected knee operation (when she was already rehabilitating me from a previous one) and Jodie was there to listen to my struggles and rehabilitate my injuries. This included combining knee rehab as well as shoulder rehab in all of my sessions ( 2 months after my knee operation as I had to undertake surgery on my sterno-clavicular joint so complex only one surgeon in UK can perform it). Every workout is tailored to my needs and goals and although she works you hard, she will always make you smile and laugh. Recently we have been doing online training sessions (because of COVID) which are just as amazing as the sessions in the gym. Jodie will always be around to encourage and help you establish healthy eating habits too without the judgement if you slip up like I’ve found with some previous trainers. If you want a knowledgable, professional but friendly personal trainer for any goal Jodie is your girl.

Signed up for Jodies lockdown fitness challenge last November after seeing the results my partner had from PT sessions with Jodie.
Since the first fitness challenge there's been a real improvement in my physical and mental health, especially with the added routine of a daily workout. In the first lockdown I'd got so out of shape I was worried about being too unfit and demotivated for something like this but Jodie provides adaptations which have helped me to continuously improve my fitness and push myself in the subsequent fitness challenges.

I came from a cultural background in which healthy habits are falsely implicated. The importance of being active whilst maintaining a healthy diet was challenging considering the fact that walking around the city was inconvenient and carbs make up most of our meal shares. Jodie, firstly, have helped introduce healthy life habits,m gradually via small achievable steps then building up on them with time to establish a healthy life style rather than jumping straight into an ideal unrealistic goal. The importance of having a wide and healthy foods which was well reflected on my training sessions became always in my head whenever I intend to prepare a meal. Also, training with her has not only help me achieve goals I never thought I would, but also help improve my posture that was causing me severe upper back and neck pain. Training with Jodie was one of the best investment I made towards a better life.

Jodie provided really great and well rounded fitness sessions! I usually do weight training which have been sorely missed in lockdown but now I feel like I don't need them as much using Jodies plans. I signed up to 2 months of Jodie’s online (via instagram) bodyweight program. Was just the ticket to pull me through the bleakness of this last winter lockdown. The program gave me vital structure, balance and motivation for every day and I feel immeasurably better both physically and mentally as a result. Jodie’s demo videos are supurb. And she provides excellent support by means of alternative exercises, nutritional guidance. Jodie is very ready and easy to communicate with over any queries/dilemma’s one may be experiencing. I’ve worked with Jodie since September 2019. For the first 6 months I had weekly sessions in the gym with her and followed a customised workout plan which changed to correct weaknesses/help with small injuries.
During this time, I dropped two jeans sizes and moved down from an overweight body fat percentage category to a healthy one. In addition to this, I lost 10cms off my waist and she also provided adapted workouts that I could do from a hotel room when I was worried about falling off track when on holiday. She supported me to have a healthier mind set towards food and body image.
Since the pandemic I started weekly online sessions with Jodie (via Zoom). She took stock of the small bits of fitness equipment I had at home and created an exercise plan for me to complete, using only the resources I already had available (and very limited space in my flat).
These sessions have kept structure for me during lockdowns and helped my health be a priority. Without them I would definitely be in a bad position!

I've been with Jodie for personal training sessions since 2015 when I started working on myself physically, mentally and emotionally after the end of a long term relationship. I needed a down to earth personality that would be honest with me from the start without overloading the faux positivity and compliments for quick-fix feel good vibes, someone who would explain what each move would mean for each muscle, variations, food and nutrition, how everything fit together, etc.
Simply put, the details and the science behind it all keeps me engaged when I don't want to workout. This is something that previous PTs failed to provide, it felt like someone shouting generic motivating quotes in an attempt to encourage me to work out - I felt like sheep and kept giving up!
I think it's important to share that I'm quite a self-conscious person, my mental health can get to pretty dark places so my physique becomes less important. Jodie is able to empathise, adding a human touch so that working out is not a chore but part of a bigger picture to stay mentally balanced.
Overtime, my fascination with fitness and nutrition has evolved to cater to my mental health condition i.e. Clean Keto. Things that she is happy to discuss. She is someone who would never recommend or put her clients through something she believes to be ineffective or fails to contribute to their personal holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. She has no problems sharing her genuine opinion on diets or workouts that catch your eye, drawing from her broad knowledge in fitness and nutrition - beyond a nice physique!
I highly recommend Jodie as she doesn't feel like your general flashy PT who only pushes you to workout for glutes to die for, though you do end up with nice glutes as a side effect of sticking to the workouts 😁
She is more of a down to earth fitness friend who enjoys discussing your progress - whether it's finally nailing that good sleep pattern so you can be more present and enjoy your workout / a new diet that you think might complement your personal fitness objectives, or even working out for your mental health, etc.
Don't let exercise be another "new year, new me" fad that fizzles away in the summer.
Jodie might be able to help you embark on a long term adventure to a mentally and physically stronger version of you 🥰

I completed Jodie's 28 day Challenge in January. I began the month feeling sluggish, lethargic and struggled to motivate myself to do home work outs whilst the gyms are closed. Absolutely amazing PT! Always tries to get the best out of you whilst also having a laugh.
