Phillip Watkins took the course and passed with your help, well done great service. I would suggest that video is viewed and updated as lottery question in mock exam answer is 18, [not 16 as in video] and in real exam question re frequency of permitted temporary activities only gives options of 45 or 52, when video states 50, perhaps law has changed. All done from home and all hassle free, well done.

I recently sat my APLH Award for Personal Licence Holders qualification with Licensing-Solutions. The experience to date (I sat my exam today) has been an extremely positive one. The courses are easy to navigate and booking system straight forward. The exam was carried out via a 1-1 remote invigilator via Zoom and again was a positive experience with clear and concise instructions given by the invigilator Mary. Really helpful to offer the option of managing the licence application on an applicants behalf for a reasonable cost. This is the part of the process I'm in now. So far, Licensing-Solutions have done everything they said they would, can't ask for more than that. Highly recommend.

I want to say that they have been incredible! The council decided to be “awkward” with my personal licence however Emily was able to sort out everything for me.
