I’ve trained with Ste for over 4 years now, I wasn’t really sure what to expect or if I would like it before I started! The bootcamp work outs were always varied so it kept it interesting and helped to tone and strengthen all parts of my body. My core strength and stamina increased dramatically. The group work outs with the other girls were good fun, lots of laughs and everyone helps to spur each other on. I continued to trained with Ste at bootcamp last year while I was I pregnant, right up until I was 8 months! Ste changed the workout to suit me and adapted everything to ensure it was safe and possible for me to continue.
Since having my little girl I have returned to PT sessions in a morning with Ste as sadly teatime sessions don’t work currently with my home set up. During PT Ste allows me to focus specifically on areas that I want to work on and pushes me when I need it. It’s never boring or the same exercises on repeat and the sessions help both physically and mentally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ste to anyone I know!

I have been training with Ste for just over 3 years now and I don't know what I would do without it! Ste is a great trainer and always pushes you for the best results!
The sessions are always challenging (especially in the winter months!) and a good variety so this never becomes boring or repetitive which is great!
I seen results in my first 6 weeks and these have continued even 3 years in!
It's a fantastic group of girls and we always have a giggle and would highly recommend to anyone :)

I have been training with Ste 1:1 for just over 5 months now and I love it! The sessions are always interesting and the exercises vary. He incorporates resistance work, weights and cardio, depending on your goals. He is a very knowledgeable personal trainer who would keep pushing you to do better. Ste would challenge you to reach your potential. Ste has been really good in adapting all exercise to my needs and has helped me work towards my fitness goals. I feel fitter, stronger and more confident 💪🏻 Training regularly has also been very beneficial for mental health and general wellbeing. Ste is all about the balanced lifestyle when it comes to experience and nutrition. If you’re after hard training and good banter, Ste is your man! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough 👌🏻

I joined bootcamp with Ste in June 2021 and couldn’t be happier that I did. I quickly noticed a big difference in my fitness level, which motivated me to keep up with each session - I have seen results physically and also feel the mental benefits of doing exercise. The group is so welcoming, and Ste is very supportive with explaining each exercise and offering advice to help you reach your goal. There is always a range of different workouts, which are enjoyable and challenging, making it easy to stick to. I highly recommend Ste’s bootcamp!

I started with Ste in June 2020 and it’s the first exercise that I have stuck to and actually enjoyed! Over the last 6 months I have seen the benefits of his whole body workouts, I always avoided arms if I could but now I’m made up with my toned arms :)

I booked Ste for a bootcamp during a hen weekend for my friend, and we had so much fun! Everyone enjoyed themselves and had such a giggle while working up a sweat. I let Ste know in advance that the group were mixed in terms of fitness background etc, and he made sure that everyone could take part and enjoy with lots of different equipment and exercises. Ste was also a really good communicator in the lead up to the weekend, and helpful in directing us to where we needed to be, so I felt confident even though I’d never been to Liverpool. Would definitely recommend this as an activity for another hen - or just one of Ste’s bootcamps in general!

I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to lose weight, build muscle or just get in a better place mentally and physically in Liverpool!
My sister trains 121 with Ste and every time I visit her I join their workouts. He has been great at creating circuits for both of us and simultaneously training us. Workouts have been really effective in making me sweat a lot but also feel so energised for the day ahead.
Our workouts consist of circuits with combination of kettle bells, long resistance bands, ropes, medicine ball and body weights.
Ste Payne is super professional in creating programs to suit your personal preferences, while also factoring your injuries and goals. Although workouts can be challenging, he loves a banter and keeps the atmosphere light-hearted and friendly.
If you want to train on your own, or with your best friend, or partner - Payne is great to work with

I have been going to NPNG fitness for over 2 years 3 times a week. I love it as no class is the same. I particularly like the boxing class. I looked into lots of places but picked this as it accommodated the 2 operations I've had on my left foot. Ste has changed the exercises so i can still have the same workout. He's extremely helpful and great at keeping us motivated as well as having fun.a The ladies are great too. I would highly recommend NPNG and I feel great after a work out

Long serving member of this fitness club. It’s hard work, varied and fun. All activity explained with alternative options for abilities and ailments. Ste is willing to listen to your suggestions and gripes but ignores them all. Pushes and encourages you beyond what you think you are capable of. We are a friendly group so come along and join us .

Personal training with Ste has made me change my way of thinking towards foods & exercising and I'm feeling at my absolute best.
My whole body has improved dramatically and i'm alot fitter & healthier and have tonnes more energy which was a big goal of mine being a mum 2 always on the go!
Ste encourages you on your tougher days always using different exercise regimes and is very supportive. I also do his group classes, lovely group of girls! Again these sessions are all different which keeps it fun & exciting and he adjusts exercises to meet all needs of the group. Would highly recommend!
