Having regularly exercised and trained at various gyms and bootcamps over many years, I discovered my training routine had changed due to lockdown and selling my business. Having more time on my hands resulted in me making excuses and doing irregular exercise, because my attitude was “there was always tomorrow”…... My training became inconsistent and lacking in motivation.
I contacted Redah and decided that committing to a regular structure would work best, to enable me to get back on track and give me a much needed kick up the bum. To commit to exercise three times a week with the flexibility of early mornings and evenings suited my lifestyle.
I am now five weeks into the training feeling, healthy and getting stronger and fitter by the session. I have lost half a stone in weght and the numbers on the tape measure are reducing in size. I have seen a marked improvement in my flexibility, endurance, stamina and posture in this short time. Past trainers have encouraged me to eat a healthy diet, but the difference with Redah is that his tuition and training does not stop when the exercise class finishes. He invests his knowledge not only improving your personalised fitness but gives guidance in your ongoing nutritional diet and mental health. It is is the whole holistic approach. He will nudge you and all the whole group seven days a week two and three times a day regarding your food intake, training commitment, healthy recovery and water intake, he has a genuine vested interest in you to succeed. This is why for the first time not only am I maintaining my fitness levels, I have lost weight and inches because he is constantly in your head pushing you to make the right decisions.
The group sessions are whole body workouts targeting to individual abilities, it’s not competitive but he will challenge you so you will improve week on week. They are enjoyable and fun, and we are all rooting for each other to achieve. The group of ladies are supportive, and we have become a RZ fitness family cheering each other on.
I would recommend the 28-day challenge to kick start your journey to feeling healthy, becoming body confidant and doing something for yourself.

I joined RZ fitness in October after several months of inactivity due to illness. What a difference it has made. Redha is supportive and very motivational. The boot camps are great fun and the sense of team with the other ladies is fabulous. Redha will make contact during the day about your diet and reminding and encouraging us to keep moving, he listens to your goals and sets the training sessions to help you meet your goals. I feel better, my body shape has changed and I’m heading in the right direction to reach my goals. I can’t recommend Redha highly enough, he’s a lovely man and his boot camps are great. If you are looking to make changes, this is the place to do it.

I was finding exercise very difficult to get into, as now I am working from home, I had lost my routine of going to the gym before the office. I could not motivate myself to get back to any regular exercise and found it was really affecting my mode, health and energy levels.

Working from home during Covid, with little exercise & easy access to the fridge, my weight ballooned. When I became breathless just going upstairs, I knew I had to do something.
I spotted the advert on FB for the “Get fit & feel fabulous in 28 days” with RZ fitness & decided to give it a try.
I have never done any formal exercise, apart from Zumba classes, so I wasn’t too sure it would be for me. Redha quickly put me at ease & explained each exercise and didn’t laugh at my mistakes.
He gave advice & guidance about a healthy diet & understood that weekends are for treats.
At the end of the 28 days I have lost an impressive 8lbs.😊
I am also signing up to classes long term, to continue my journey and to reach my goal of being fit when I turn 60 in September.

Having struggled to find the motivation to consistently get myself to a gym and do the work, I decided to join RZ Fitness and the great group of people who turn up. Before I started classes at RZ Fitness I had let myself go mainly due to covid lockdowns and I had a severe lack of motivation. I had always exercised and tried to keep fit and healthy but classes stopped, gyms closed and my diet had become terrible. I needed to do something.
I saw RZ Fitness on Facebook and decided to give it a try and get back to my old self. I was nervous but I was made very welcome. The classes are different and fun and Redha pushes you to work hard and the other ladies encourage you when you need it and the benefits started to show. I was also given advice on diet which helped too.
After 5 weeks I was 9lb lighter and 9cm smaller. I felt great and had so much more energy. After 10 weeks I was a stone lighter and had lost 19cm!
I love the class times and the group of ladies who urge me on when needed. The hardest thing was making the first visit to class but I’m so glad I did.

I really loved my time with Redha & the groups, the sessions are well thought out & managed. He is a great coach with fantastic knowledge & I would have loved to have stayed on but I can’t commit to the times & some weeks I only managed 1 session due to family things. I am gutted not to be able to carry on, but hopefully I will return in the future.

I moved to Formby in July 2020 but have found it difficult to find an exercise class that suits me. RZ fitness offers the kind of class I wanted. The exercises are varied and changed to suit each person’s abilities. They are not to full so Redha can offer a personalised experience. They are on at different times of the day so there is something for everyone. The classes are enjoyable and my fitness and strength are improving. Redha takes interest in all areas of your fitness and health and is always available with advice if you are struggling

I was apprehensive and lacked confidence in retuning to the gym and exercise post covid. I had tried many different on line platforms and local offerings and I had struggled to find something that suited me in terms of time, accountability and level.
The difference Redha brings is his approach and community. He encourages me and holds me accountable for my personal journey. It is not the stereotypical Sargent Major gym beasting, he is encouraging, technical and gets results without the drama. He varies the exercise so it is sufficient for my age and ability whilst pushing sufficiently to gain results.
Through going to RZ Fitness classes I have achieved a level of fitness not seen in years, far less achy joints and more movement and met some great ladies - it is such an encouraging environment. I can walk further and do far far more without any pain or soreness - thank you Redha!

I have struggled with fitness over the past couple of years, but I was sick of feeling lethargic and wanted to do something about it. Having not been to the gym or done any exercise in a while, I was a little apprehensive. I needn’t have been. Redha put my mind at ease and talked me through the programme and sessions..
I’m 6 weeks in and have noticed a positive change in my energy levels, fitness strength. The support from Redha and the other ladies in the sessions have been amazing.

Redah's patience and persistence keeps me focused and committed to a 3-day weekly class schedule. He’s helped develop a new attitude in me along with more and more confidence and drive to stay healthy. I have found he is very understanding, supportive and informative about making the right diet choices and providing the right exercise programme to aid progress in our training. I’ve discovered new confidence and I have lost inches since I started but most of all gained strength both mentally and physically over just a few months of training. I can’t recommend Redha highly enough . Before I met him my motivation was low and I had no energy and had put on a lot of weight .
I knew something had to be done as just turning 50 I was conscious that I was coming across more and more health issues and I had tried other things before including jogging but nothing was working for me .
When I did I was getting injured or I couldn’t be bothered sticking to anything .
Then I came across Redha . His training methods are so different and he works at your fitness levels even in group activity . Every class is different and I have barely missed a session due to how much enjoyment and motivation I get from his sessions. Redha also mixes up exercises and varies things so well like no other trainer I’ve come across . I’ve also met a great group of lads of similar age and we even go out for a drink from time to time .
So far I’ve lost a stone in weight and my body shape has changed . Redha provides support on diet as well which has been really useful . But I know this is just the start of my journey .
Life is a much happier place , my health’s improving and my fitness is really improving all thanks to Redha. I can’t thank him enough and recommend him to anybody .

Fantastic programme offered by a fantastic Personal Trainer!
Before I started with Redha, I was overweight, tired all of the time and made excuses not to exercise (apart from walking the dogs!).
Redha has developed a training programme specifically designed for me to reach my goals. I train with Redha 3 times per week in his private studio and receive 24/7 support and a tailor made diet plan.
The training is hard but it should be! I am 6 weeks in and have lost over a stone, 12 cm around my waste and started to build muscle.
I now feel energised, I have a new outlook regarding diet and exercise and most importantly I am thoroughly enjoying training with Redha!
I would recommend anyone looking for a lifestyle change to get in touch and start the journey...

I started with Redha as I never could find time to train, plus I had already lost a stone and a half, but I wanted to firm up. I was frustrated as gyms were closed, so by choosing Redha I could start my program a lot sooner.
Redha's training is different as he trains your full body, and makes sure you do the exercises correctly. I have achieved far more than I would have by training on my own, I do feel I have built muscle a lot quicker. My life now after nearly 8 weeks is far more structured and I feel a lot more motivated about my training and with life itself.

Prior to meeting Redha, I was training for several years and just going through the motions. I had no clear plan or structure to my workout. I was becoming frustrated by not getting the results for the time I committed. Thankfully Redha gave a real structure to my workouts with clear instructions and a personal plan to maximise my results. First of all Redha is a great Personal Trainer and is professional in all aspects.
Before joining RZ Fitness I was not exercising properly and my diet was poor - generally not putting time aside for my health. Redha has helped me by offering structure, encouragement and great advice to Positively change and become healthier. I have much more energy now than I used to, mainly from new diet, And feel much stronger taking the regular RZ sessions.
Within each fitness/Gym session Redha pushes you and understands your capabilities. I would say RZ Fitness is about a sensible approach to a healthier lifestyle that fits in with your schedule and, if you are committed, It achieves results.

Like many in the lockdown I was gaining weight and losing motivation. I just decided to start exercising again and realised that putting a system of diet and exercise in place was what was needed. Redha really knows his stuff and after an initial aasessment he knew which areas I needed to work on. Over the course of a few weeks his high intensity program really delivered results in terms of strength and endurance. He makes the sessions fun and there is a great team spirit.

I had never physically trained before and was unsure whether my inexperience and lack of fitness would prevent me from joining group workout sessions. I found it hard to find anything that suited my specific needs, and as I am fast approaching 50, I was not convinced that any of the local gyms were for me.
Then I discovered Redha, who following a one on one assessment and a weeks free trial, encouraged me to give his boot camp a try.

After passing 50 I’m sure like most people simple things like putting on your socks start to become a bit of an effort, running around after the grandchildren seems much harder than when your own children were young. Despite being on my feet all day in an active job my flexibility and fitness had noticeably declined especially after the covid situation,
I heard about Redha through Facebook and took up his offer of a one to one assessment and then a weeks trial at his morning strength and fitness camps. For the past month I’ve been training 3 mornings a week with the lads and we have all bonded well and enjoy working hard together to all achieve our goal of losing a bit of weight, putting on a bit of muscle and generally feeling better about ourselves.
Redha pushes us hard without taking it too far and provides us with dietary and nutrition information continually monitoring our progress, we have all lost weight and inches so far whilst also making new friends and actually enjoying getting up at 6am!
If early mornings aren’t your thing I believe Redha is setting up an evening session too, I wasn’t a morning person myself but after a week or two of forcing myself to get out of bed early I now actually look forward to it and go to work feeling energised.
Anyone over 35 will feel most welcome in the group regardless of their fitness level or size and will soon find themselves feeling fitter and more confident.

I first saw RZ Fitness on Facebook promoting Redha’s strength and fitness programme for men over 35 y.o.a. and decided to give it a go. And thank heavens that I did.
I am a man in my 60s and have usually kept myself healthy and reasonably fit.
But exercise had stopped for me during lockdown, and apathy had taken over.
I had gained over a stone in weight, had added over 5 inches to my waist line, felt unfit, tired and thoroughly fed up.
That was 5 weeks ago.
With the encouragement of my wife, I contacted Redha one weekend, and he invited me to join in the training sessions starting on the following Monday evening.
Three Sessions a week (Mon, Wed & Fri evenings)
The sessions are really fun, and so different from any ‘classes’ that I have attended in the past.
Redha and the rest of the guys immediately welcome any newcomer and make them feel at home and amongst friends ( which is exactly what has happened)
The training is very varied and tailored to every individuals personal needs, whilst fully integrating into the programme.
It can be hard, and very challenging, but never beyond your capability. Redha expertly balances each persons needs shows you precisely what you really are capable of.
I was truly amazed and delighted, given that a few short weeks ago, I felt as though I was a ‘right-off’. Nothing could be further than the truth.
In five weeks, my outlook has completely changed. I have lost 4 inches from my waist-line, my pot belly has almost disappeared as I am finding my Core again, and I have lost half a stone.
I am feeling happier and far healthier, and look forward to every session.
My targets are to get to ‘Pre-Covid’ condition and much better. I know that I will get there within the next few weeks.
No more dread of pain and no gain. This is fun and effective, and I would 100% recommend it to anybody. Do yourself a favour and give it a go. You will be delighted that you did.

I’ve been having sessions with Redha twice a week for over a year. Before I felt unfit and weak and hadn’t exercised consistently for over a year and I asked Redha to help me build a good base level of fitness to reduce the risk of injury before I started training for a triathlon. I also wanted to get back into the habit of exercising consistently and showing up for every session which is much easier if you have someone waiting for you!
Redha listened to what I wanted, and we worked on strengthening my muscles and overall fitness. He often encouraged me to lift heavier than I would’ve done by myself and I was often surprised at what I could do. After only a few weeks I started to see progress.
Since starting, I’ve been very pleased with the results. We’ve transformed my body from being weak and unfit to strong and fit. I’ve managed to stay injury free even when increasing my running and cycling distances. I have more definition in my arms and legs and people have noticed the difference. I also lost 5kg and around 5% bodyfat.
I do strength training twice a week with Redha focusing on full body. It’s so easy and convenient to just show up to our sessions and know he has the right level of training for me. I don’t have to think about trying to build my own training plan. I just show up, do what he says, and I continue to improve. In addition, I also bike and run each week and often go hiking and swimming when I can. I really notice the difference being stronger has in my overall performance. I have more power on the bike, my core and back are stronger so I can maintain a good position on the bike and ride for longer without tiring.
I highly recommend Redha if you’re looking for results. He knows his stuff and is always friendly and reliable.

I would highly recommend Redha. After lockdown finished I wanted to get back in shape quickly and efficiently but I knew I couldn’t do it on my own and needed the help of an expert.
His is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to diet and training. The training so far has been great and the results came fast. Redha asked me on day one what did I want to achieve. It was to tone up my stomach add muscle all over. I dropped 5cm on my waist in 4 weeks and 7lbs as well as adding muscle and being more toned.
The training continues 3 times a week and he checks my weight/measurements every week and tweeks the training/diet if needed to reach the next goal. I would highly recommend him so get in touch and see for yourself.

I have always enjoyed being active and exercise has been part of my life. I have never had a weight problem but wanted to build muscle and look more athletic. Before meeting Redha I had been training alone using YouTube videos and Instagram.For the first year I did make progress with my goals, but in the second year I plateaued and despite training hard I didn’t see my body changing. To combat this I began to use heavier weights but noticed I was getting injured frequently and became frustrated.
When I first met Redha I felt that I would only need a few sessions, a few pointers on the correct form and perhaps a nutritional plan.
