I have attended a number of Onur's classes. Having halted my gym membership, I needed a way to keep me motivated from home, and what better way then to join one of Onur's live virtual classes. I have found them welcoming and very accessible, and Onur himself is very engaging and friendly. The routines can be adapted to make them easier or harder depending on individual ability, and additionally I have learnt new routines that I am practice by myself. I have never done exercise classes or had PTs before, but I have found this to be a great way to give it a try, help keep me disciplined to start and complete the classes, and feel good (and slight proud) with myself afterwards.

Onur is an outstanding instructor who meets the individual needs. Onur gave clear directions on how to make the workout more challenging or easier, depending on the individuals capabilities. He offers continuos encouragement throught the workout. Loved every minute of the classes. Can't recommend Onur highly enough.

I've been to several of Onur's workout sessions over the past month - if I didn't attend these over lockdown, I probably wouldn't have done any exercise! Onur keeps the sessions fun and upbeat and I like the way he offers suggestions for each exercise to make them easier or harder. It's just like being in a group session in a studio, but everyone's at home. Thanks Onur, look forward to future sessions.

Onur consistently delivers engaging and motivating workouts that cater to a wide range of abilities. Despite the challenges of Covid, we were able to get together on a zoom call and complete a comprehensive set of routines.
The sessions were fun and energising and clearly demonstrated Onur's expertise in physical training. He explained the importance of balance and good form and really helped us activate our bodies. I can highly recommend Onur to anyone who wants support to progress their health and wellness in 2021 and beyond.

Onur is an incredible teacher and fitness instructor - his classes are so inclusive and accessible. Everything is well explained, you can work at your own pace, and Onur is always there to lend a helping hand!

Going to the Monday 'Starter' sessions, and the Sunday Afternoon 'Movement for Actors', which is highly recommended for actors who just wanna move!

Thank you Onur for providing a weekly Total Body Workout class for our Members. Such a generous contribution of time and effort. We all appreciated the accessibility of the workouts. The different options throughout meant that practically anybody could take part and benefit, with no equipment needed. Onur is a fantastic holistic teacher! He creates an extremely inclusive and safe virtual community that is filled with laughter and wonderful imagery. He puts the focus on genuine passion for movement vs weight loss or shame which completely changes the experience. Onurs workouts are great! He explains ways to alter as he goes, if you want it more or less challenging which is really useful. I found them a great way of varying my exercise.
