My daughter (14) and son (13) have worked with David for over a year now both working toward different goals for their different sports. David tailors their sessions to their needs. He is friendly, supportive and motivates them to work hard to achieve these goals. They both continue to be successful in their respective sports and they love training with David which plays a huge part in their success.

I had very low confidence at the beginning but David is so friendly and encouraging and makes you feel at ease. I'd recommend David as a Personal Trainer for one-to-one and group sessions. He worked with me to tailor a specific training program for cyclists with focus on key muscle groups. His training sessions were always well thought out and his patient and friendly demeanour meant the gym sessions were intense but enjoyable.

I started working with David in January 2021 after lockdown had closed the gyms. In the depths of Winter he helped to keep my fitness levels up with a mix of home workouts and runs in the snow. Fortnightly check-ins kept me on my game and sound nutritional advice ensured I was in the best place to keep up. Once the gyms reopened he made a weekly training schedule for me to follow and keep track of my progress. David was always on hand with a motivational message or advice on running socks. He would always give helpful feedback on my progress. Would recommend for anyone, of any ability, looking to improve their fitness game!
