Started PT with Dan a few months ago. He has tailored the session around me and I have already started noticing the difference in my fitness. The gym is well equipped and the members are a very friendly bunch. What I love about this gym is that everyone has their own goals to achieve and they help encourage each other. Dan is an excellent trainer as well as person in general. Highly recommend this little gem!

Highly recommend Time On to anyone looking for a friendly, community focused gym. Dan is a fantastic coach and makes even the most demanding sessions great fun. Having struggled to keep motivated in traditional gyms (and paying for memberships that I didn't use!) I've found my experience at Time On so refreshing. It's been 10 months since I joined and I'm more motivated than ever and always looking forward to the next session!

I love this place. Dan - the gym owner/coach is fantastic. Very lovely community, members are so friendly. I love how much of an interest Dan has for each individual member and how he tailors exercises to suit us. Very professional yet fun. Highly recommend no matter what fitness experience you have. I joined Time On Fitness last September, starting on a twice a week plan with Dan and the team. Since then, I've upped my attendance to four times a week.
The classes are great, really enjoyable, and most of all fun! (Although at times, incredibly sweaty)
I don't think I'll go back to a standard gym anytime soon, my fitness and health have improved dramatically and I'm trying things that I never thought I could do before joining TOF.
Strongly recommend you try out the trial class, you'll be hooked!

This gym is amazing. The instructor has made me lose so much weight and made me more confident. The people there are so nice and welcoming. I've lost 5 kg and I've gained a lot of strength. I couldn't clean and press more than 20kg when I started now I can do week over 50kg.

Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I've made. I've been going for a year now and my health and wellbeing are at an all time high.
The PTs are all great, with each bringing their own flavour of workout to a diverse community of members. The atmosphere within the gym is very supportive. Everyone is on their own fitness journey so the sessions are judgement free.

I have been going to Time on Fitness since it opened and it's the only place I have stuck with. Dan is a fantastic trainer, pushes you to be the best you can. Dan tailors the session to your needs and capability, so everything is achievable. The gym is very friendly and it's great getting to know other gym goers, I always leave feeling great. We do monthly challenges which is fun and brings out our competitive sides! Highly recommend.

At the age of 55 I had just dropped 7 stone (98lbs/44.5kg) and I was down to that last 1.5 (21lbs/9.5kg) that I knew was going to be a lot harder to shift. I also knew I would need a little help with this so after avoiding gyms and personal trainers for years because I was embarrassed, self-conscious, or simply thought I was too old, I decided to take the plunge. I did a little research and found Time on Fitness. I popped along and spoke with Dan the owner. I was impressed with his attentiveness, enthusiasm, and motivation. Now, 3 months later I train 4 times a week. Dan and his team have been fantastic. They tailor sessions to suit everyone’s needs and abilities. They push when necessary and pull back when you need that little breather! They play a huge part on my journey to reclaim my body and fitness and I am truly grateful to them. Joining Time on Fitness was one of my better decisions in life. Just wish I had done it sooner.
