Been training with Ed for over 3 years. He is an excellent trainer. Sessions are so much fun with him. I completely transformed my body with him. He is a great inspiration not only in good days but in my bad days too. He pushed me to achieve my goals and I’m thankful for that. I’ve tried many trainers before but no one paid %100 attention on me as he does. Other trainers willing to be on their phones during excersizes which I think really bad.

I’ve been seeing Ed for over a year now. I originally bought a package of sessions to try and get in to shape for a trip to Mexico. I got in to the best shape I had been in for years, so decided to continue seeing Ed, usually twice a week.

Ed is a fantastic trainer... patient, clear, helpful and kind. He is able to access your level and guide you starting at a place that is realistic and also makes the entire process fun and enjoyable! I was so out of shape and had gained weight during the coronavirus lock-down and he gently guided me to a routine that was clear, manageable and attainable. I couldn't recommend him enough! I highly recommend 360Fit to anyone who is looking for help in fitness or wellbeing. I think what really stands out about this programme is that it is very comprehensive, not just covering personal training and fitness, but also including aspects such as nutrition, stretching & mobility, mindset & attitude, sleep & meditation, among others.
You also feel like you are given attention and priority, not forgotten among other clients, and you have the information and supervision available to you to make as much of a change as you want.
Another factor which I find really valuable is the price point, because as a graduate I don’t really want to spend loads of money when I don’t need to. 360Fit, however, is very affordable and has different subscription levels that you can change or cancel when needed to accommodate different types of clients.
All in all, I think that 360Fit offers a straightforward and well-run programme for all kinds of clients to improve their fitness and wellbeing.
