Ulrich is an amazing PT! He challenges me and pushes me to always keep improving! The sessions are tailored to me and this helps me stay motivated and excited to see how much I’m achieving. My strength and fitness has improved so much and I can’t recommend his sessions enough!:)

I have always gone to the gym and had an active lifestyle. I would go 5/6 days a week normally focusing on weight training with some football or basketball outside the gym. I had been training consistently for about 5 years and after that amount of time you get to a point where the workouts become boring and you don’t see much progress. When things become boring you lose your motivation which led me to push myself harder and this resulted in frequent burnout and loss of love for the gym. Uli wrote me a programme that I incorporated very few days of heavy lifting, diet and a lot more rest days than I anticipated. The results started to show four weeks in and I started to enjoy my training again as I had enough time to recover. Gym sessions don’t have to be long and constant for results, having a break is just as important and Uli created the perfect balance of that. I would not hesitate in getting in touch as I fell better than I have felt in years.

Uli is a great PT who I’d highly recommend to anyone setting out to achieve their physical goals. He created an engaging and stimulating work-out plan that pushed me to my limits. The variety of exercises and rep/set counts ensured I didn’t get bored whilst also working my muscles in a way that had not been done previously. This enabled me to gain strength at a rapid rate - I am now the strongest that I have ever been!
This, combined with his willingness to provide advice and feedback regarding all aspects of my health (i.e exercise, diet and psychological health) has enabled my to break personal barriers and to achieve personal goals!

I started training with Ulrich in a bid to improve my physique and strength. What I achieved with Ulrich's help was far greater than this! Using a variation of exercises to target specific muscle groups and HIIT, I immediately felt my strength and fitness improve. I was able to lift weights I would've never imagined to lift before and I felt a lot happier on a day-to-day basis. Ulrich is great in sharing his knowledge and opinion on specific questions that I had come up with. He helps me mentally get through sets and sessions. His way of teaching and motivation has made me become much more focused and clear minded in other tasks outside of training, whether it's at work or at home. Whilst the gyms are all closed due to the virus, he has continued to check in on how training and nutrition is going and even helped to create a nutrion plan tailored to my needs and environment. I didn't hesitate in recommending Ulrich to a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to more people. He is energetic, committed, motivational and a great professional in his field.

Ulrich, has made me fall in love with going to the gym. I used to dislike it as I was seeing no results. But since Ulrich has been my PT he has kept me up to date with my trainning and diet outside of the gym but he has also tailored different programmes which are suitable for me, whilst keeping a track of the different weights so I can also feel and see the difference. Overall he is a good PT and I would really recommend him.

He was always available for providing help and was encouraging. I learnt about effective dieting and changes to meal plans. I managed to increase weights lifted and beat running times. Would highly recommend 8 Days a Week. I’ve never been able to train in a way where I have been able to stick to it and see visible results before, but with the personalised plans and nutrition advice I have both seen and felt the benefits of my progress! 10/10 service.
