'A Tribe Called Fit' are amazing and Niall in particular is outstanding. Niall was recommended to me over 7 years ago and that recommendation did not disappoint. I have trained with him ever since. Niall is a great guy, has fantastic knowledge of the body and how to achieve your goals. He prepares individual training programs tailored to your particular needs and adapts them over time as your goals and needs evolve. So training never gets boring and is always exactly what is needed. On top of that, he is very flexible in terms of training times, is a good listener and is great fun to train with. I am a keen skier and Niall has done a great job over the past few years of preparing me for ski season both for on-piste and off-piste skiing. I cannot recommend him enough.

A Tribe Called Fit are fantastic and Niall is an incredible personal trainer. He is very smart and, whilst massively helping me with my fitness regime, he has also fixed my back and shoulder problems that were plaguing me for years. Totally different to the competition and I thoroughly recommend.

I met Niall through a friend at my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club. Having had two spinal surgeries, a spinal infection, and two shoulder surgeries I had finally admitted that I was getting older and less wise, by keep getting injured, and decided to take some time out of training to rehab. Niall has been amazing. We started slow and steady, his knowledge around anatomy, physiognomy and his practical and thoughtful approach to training has been revolutionary for me. He listens to my goals, helps moderate and inform them, and then helps me get there. I can honestly say I’ve spent a long time over the last two decades trying to get some structure to my training and myself, and he’s turned it around in less than six months. I’m dead lifting now which a year ago would have put me in hospital. Awesome dude.

Niall the man behind “A Tribe called fit” ticks many of the boxes that you need in a GREAT personal trainer. I’ve been training with Niall for about 4/5 years now- He builds a workout routine specifically to your needs- in my case it was lower back pain- with his amazing knowledge of the human body and how it works we worked on core stretch and mobility and I have to say I’m at the fittest I’ve ever been. Also no back pain!
So knows his stuff and tailors session to your needs✔️ explains how to do things and how it helps with your training ✔️ flexible with times and super friendly and easy to talk to ✔️✔️✔️
