Anja‘s outdoor bootcamps are really enjoyable, they’re full of range of excellent exercises and no two workouts are ever the same. Anja is very knowledgeable, monitors your technique and constantly encourages you to challenge yourself. I love going each week, it is the perfect class for keeping fit, getting toned and feeling healthy! Definitely recommend!

Anja's classes are wonderful! She's constantly positive and welcoming and removes any feeling of self doubt you might have, any embarrassment and actually makes you look forward to and enjoy every session as you know you'll have fun (despite the very hard work!). Each session goes quickly as it's something slightly different each time, really original and diverse. When I used to go weekly I felt and looked different ....her classes really make a difference. Also they're outdoors, extra healthy! They're local which means I don't waste time traveling and can max out my time training. I'd highly recommend her!

Love Love Love Anja's sessions! They are super challenging and she really pushes you (in a good way) to aim for your personal best each time. Each workout is varied and works on different parts of the body. So this really keeps you on your toes and no two sessions are the same. The group are great fun and it has become quite a supportive community beyond the sessions. Something to suit everyone - working peeps can be start the day with a 6.30am workout - mum's can still stay fit after drop off at 9.15 and for those that are nocturnal like me - the 6.30pm works outs are brill and fit well before sitting down with the family. ABF also offers Pilates and Yoga and both are top quality with instructors who love what they do and you get the benefits of that. Look forward to more and more joining this ever growing group.

I joined the early morning Bootcamp about six months ago and would thoroughly recommend it. I only go once a week but can feel the difference. Anja the trainer is simply the best, knowledgeable and well prepared, but most importantly genuinely caring for everyone's needs, and able to flex exercises so we can all do them. The group is super friendly too, so if you want an outdoor class that makes a difference and is welcoming, this is the one for you!

Recommended very highly. Classes with ABF Fitness are different each time; creative compound exercises for each class. Expertly led by coach Anja, who gently motivates people to push themselves a little more each time. Refreshing, energising and good fun.

Anja’s local (Ealing) classes are great group workouts. Anja is great at getting the best out of everyone and she is supportive as well as extremely knowledgeable with diet suggestions and muscle strengthening exercises.
Have also found the classes for training ahead of running events really helpful 👟🏋🏼

Anja is fabulous. It’s hard work, but she keep every session upbeat and positive and creates a lovely inclusive vibe. There are even women only classes in a private space. There is none of the, ‘Look a Selma, isn’t she perfect?’ star pupil thing going on that some PTs go in for and the less perfect of us, ie me, find off putting! Really raises endorphin levels! Highly recommended.
