I have been visiting Abi's Fitness for over six months - always enjoy our sessions and have become much stronger/fitter as a result of them.
Abi's a brilliant trainer who knows how to get the best out of you with varied exercises week to week to keep your body guessing!
The gym has all the equipment you could possibly need - I couldn't recommend Abi's Fitness enough...

I have recently started at Abi’s and am very excited about the varied classes and my progress so far. It’s rewarding, hard work and more affordable than any other studio I have tried in recent years. I am hooked on the classes I have tried so far. This is my new happy place. I like the fact that it is not a membership based subscription, works well with our changing times. The studio is close to the common which makes for a picturesque cardio walk out after sessions. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with my new trainers. Come and join the fun 🤗

I have been training with Abi for 5 years now and continue to thoroughly enjoy the fun and varied sessions. Abi is great company at the same time as showing a sharp focus on a client's fitness objectives. With his support, I have achieved great strides in my strength and fitness goals and have recently lost over 5 stone in a 7 month period. To anyone looking to improve their fitness (and overall wellbeing), I would really recommend Abi's fitness!

An amazing local find at the end of lockdown when I had managed to give up smoking and put on weight. With affordable PT 121 sessions and a good range of small (1-4 people) classes, I have been able to manage the weight gain and reverse it to weight loss with the help of Abi and Vicky. It's a fantastically clean studio, with lots of equipment (I love TRX!), and Vicky and Abi are lovely, fun and kind people, encouraging and positive. The work outs with Vicky on the 121 PT are really great, challenging but not horrific and after 5 sessions over 5 weeks (with the odd few classes too) I have already lost half a stone... and counting. They can help with diets, which I learn is 80% responsible for weight loss, and booking the classes is easy and straight forward too. I love coming here and will be doing so for hopefully many years!

Been training with Abi for 3+ years now - lost almost 5 stone and never been healthier! I never knew what I was doing before and really struggled at the gym - Abi makes you so much more confident and tailors each session to you. The new studio is a great space, really conveniently located and I love going there every week. Would recommend coming along to a HIIT class as well, so much fun!!

I'd been looking for a personal trainer for some time when a friend referred me to Abi. After going along to meet with him I signed up on the spot, commiting to a 24 pack. By the 6th session I could see a huge improvement in my fitness level and I was really enjoying it, which is usually half the battle when trying to stay in shape..staying committed. I can confidently recommend Abi's Fitness if you're looking to work with a trainer who will be genuinely interested in helping you achieve your goals.

Been training with Abi for years he is amazing! Now has opened up his cosy studio and working with a team of PT’s bringing a great vibe to the workout. I would even say it is started to feel like a community thanks to the PT’s and regular clients. I am yet to try one of the classes but only heard good things especially as they take a small amount of people per class (compared to your regular 20-30pax gym classes) it is very focused on you as an individual — see you Thursday for Hiit class

I’ve been training with Abi for 3 years, when he opened his own studio it didn’t matter that it was an hour from my house, I’m prepared to travel for his sessions. They are always varied and tailored to me, he can spot problem areas or I will tell him what I don’t like about my body and he will fit his work outs to me. His sessions are always different and never boring, he pushes me even when I moan and knows how to push me when I feel like giving up. His studio space is perfect for anyone who is not confident about gyms or hung up about their body, it’s just him and you there! It’s a great way to build your confidence if you don’t like going to a busy packed gym.

I have been training with Abi for a few months now. He is a great PT, always thinking of new exercises, making the classes very interesting and effective. He wants the best of you and tries to make you improve in every class. Also, he adapts to everyone’s needs in terms of objectives and classes requirements.
