For full transparency, Adam is my husband! However, I do think my review is fair.
I've worked with various personal trainers over the years, but Adam's sessions were some of the most effective and enjoyable. I am notorious for hating being told what to so (which in this instance made Adam's job as a PT even harder!), but he tailored my sessions to help me enjoy them more, whilst still getting what I wanted from them. Adam truly loves what he does and is great at it. Expect hard work, fun and lasting results.

Adam has been my PT for over 2 years. He’s got to know me and he knows how to challenge and push me. We have not done the same workout twice, he’s always coming up with new tweaks and adjustments. Despite being a hard task master, Adam is a really personable guy and we always have a good chat and banter. I’d highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking for a good workout and/or for those who want to take their training to the next level.

Completed month one with Adam, honestly couldn’t rate him high enough! Having no previous knowledge myself Adam always explains each exercise and it’s benefits. No 2 sessions are the same & Adam comes up with fun activities for work outs where I don’t even realise how far I’ve pushed myself! Everything is tailored to my end goal and Adam’s only a call/message away when it comes to anything diet/nutrition related to help keep me on track.
He’s fun, motivating and it’s a great environment to work out in. Already booked month 2!

I was nearly 19st when i first started with Adam , with a lot of hard work and Adam excellent advice i got down to 13st mark . Then we started to bulk up as i had got down to the weight i wanted to be . Unfortualtely i moved away and could no longer train with Adam or i would still be with him today . Since then i have slowly put a few stone back on as i cannot find a regular trainer with as much drive and proffesionalism as Adam , most let me down at least once a week ... in the few years i trained with Adam i can honeslty say i cannot remember him letting me down at all . I would reccomend him in a shot to anyone and if i ever moved closer id train back with him in a heatbeat ... not one for corny stuff but Adam changed my life .

Great trainer. On the first session we discussed what I wanted to Acheive from training and set a goal. You can’t move towards something if you don’t have a target, every session based around the end target. Recommend highly!
