The best Personal trainer ! I’ve been training with Adrian for 3 weeks and already see a massive difference mentally and psychically. He gives the best motivation and makes training so fun and enjoyable. He created an amazing fitness program and gave me a nutrition plan. It's really great to train with Adrian. He is a very experienced PT with a huge knowledge and experience so he is able to create the best program for each individual's goals. Adrian has been incredible to work with and I don't put it lightly when I say he has honestly changed my life! Have been seeing Adrian for about a year and can definitely recommend him.
Took this up since I have a sedentary job so some exercise was needed. Adrian was helpful right from the start. He records your progress so you have an idea of how you're doing. He is knowledgeable not just about training, but other issues as well e.g. if you have back pain, he has special training dealing with that.
Also he is very friendly and easy to chat to between workouts.
I think that anyone can benefit from the training and advice Adrian offers.

I had a very good labour and delivery and so had no specific issues, but wanted to ensure I was using the best exercises with correct technique to get back gradually to my pre-baby fitness level and strength. There is way more to training than just getting out the door and moving your body, I now realise.

Seriously excellent, organised, knowledgeable and fun. If you're after a great coach, definitely look no further. I really (really) hate exercise, but Adrian manages to keep me entertained - quite a feat given I've no issues with stopping whenever I'm bored (as I've no specific weight, diet or other goals - just keeping the arteries free enough of cholesterol to live another day to eat more chips). Helps that Adrian is intelligent, not only for coming up with tailored training plans, but also to have interesting conversations with (between gasps) whether re politics, musicals, financial politics or great holiday destinations. Really appreciated there being a free trial lesson (for which Ironmonger Row Spa waives the entry fee for non-members). Highly, highly recommended.
