Alastair is very professional and a lot of fun to work with. He creates a safe and focused environment. Highly recommend his expertise as both a great way to get fit bit also gain new knowledge for sustainable fitness. He has a wealth of qualifications and genuine experience that I have gained a lot from and really appreciate. He also teaches techniques that suit me vs blindly going through a routine like other trainers that I’ve worked with do. It’s been truly transformational for my fitness with genuine progression. Alastair's been doing online HIIT sessions for us through work over the last 7 months. Alastair’s 30 minutes HIIT class is a short and very effective workout. It has the perfect mix of cardio, toning and strength training, and it’s like having your own personal trainer in the room! It’s convenient and a great way to keep fit.

Alastair has been a great instructor for the year or so I’ve been using him. He introduced me to the Bulgarian Bags which is the most unique work out I’ve ever done and one of the hardest - look the bags up on YouTube! Alastair varies the workouts and gently turns up the intensity according to the fitness levels that he helps improve. He has a deep knowledge of physiology and sports science and is always able to give tips and advice on top of the training. His sessions make me push myself a million miles more than I would do myself. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
