I went to Alex in December 2020 we sat down to discuss my goals and the time frame in which I wanted to achieve them.
Being thrown in to lock down was going to make this tougher, but with Alex as my coach to be there and guide me but most importantly hold me accountable when I wasnt keeping up my end of the plan helped me achieve my goal. Also most importantly ive been able to keep the weight off and maintain the weight loss.

Alex has been my personal trainer for 3 years. Together, we have mainly focused on general strength and conditioning and I am delighted with my sustained progress. I really appreciate the combination of Alex’s technical prowess and his flexibility of approach to tailor each session so that small niggles do not become major injuries. Alex has also done a fantastic job in helping me to recover from a very serious septic hip infection (two weeks in hospital and six weeks on crutches); so that today my strength and fitness levels are even better than they were before the infection

I trained regularly with Alex over a five-year period from 2013 to 2017. He did a great job helping me reach my goals with a specially designed program based on his excellent technical knowledge and attention to important details such as nutrition. Although I am someone who doesn’t particularly like training, Alex has always made the sessions enjoyable. I can certainly say I benefitted from Alex’s commitment to providing the very highest level of service to his clients (he, for example, attends courses to keep his technical knowledge up to date) and I am very happy to recommend Alex to anyone who is serious about working toward a real goal.

Alex is a superb trainer - always keeping me motivated, creating varied and interesting sessions, pushing me to new limits - especially when I am tired or distracted. I have been training with Alex for almost 7 years now. He is always diligent in preparing the right programme for my changing goals. He then mixes it up just at the right time once my body gets too accustomed to the programme and helps to challenge me to progress yet again.
I first started seeing Alex prior to a third knee operation as I wanted to make sure I was strong going into surgery so that I could achieve a much faster recovery. Alex helped me to achieve that goal by developing programmes suited to support my weakness. Once I was back training again fully following the operation we built on that even further. The success was that I was able to achieve a level of fitness and strength that I had not had for 15 years.
Alex is a very focused and professional trainer who I am happy to recommend at the highest level.

I have trained with various Personal trainers throughout my life and I must admit, Alex is the best one. He is the most impressive personal trainer I have ever met. He pushes me gently but firmly and helps me achieve things that I never thought that I could. His knowledge on anatomy and correct posture during exercise means that you don’t have to worry about getting injured. You are in very safe hands. He is like a physiotherapist or even better than one. Alex is on top of his game and his programme never has a dull moment. I come out of his sessions feeling on top of the world.
