Ana is the best PT I have ever had. She is very professional and I always enjoy our sessions. She adjusts all workouts to how I’m feeling on the day, understands what I’m wanting to gain and is very motivational throughout the sessions. Definitely recommend!

I could not recommend Ana more highly. I contacted her for a free taster session for my postnatal recovery and have loved every single session since (and there have been a lot). Ana finds exactly the right balance between challenging me and making sure I don't overdo it. It feels like her repertoire of exercises is endless which makes every session fun. We have now moved out of postnatal exercises into training for strengthening and toning and I have never felt so confident about my body. Thank you, Ana!
