Alex is a great personal trainer, very easygoing, ensures that I am consistent and methodically work towards my goal. He has put a personalised program and makes sure I am on track. He is very caring, does regular check ins and monitoring of progress. He motivates me and believes in me when I have self doubts. I would definitely recommend him - with his help, I am so much closer to my goal and the journey has been fun too.

Its not easy to find a PT you get along with on goals targets and aspirations . Alex definitely is a great listener he keeps sessions motivating, dynamic and challenging ( in a good way) . He helped me achieve my goals in every stage i was going through, even during holidays, wrist pain and now i am 32 weeks pregnant and feel fit energetic and definitely more mobile. Lockdown hasn’t been easy for anyone but with a good coach like Alex you can make sure you are in great hands . Definitely recommend him i have also learnt a lot about training and exercises and cant wait to follow different goals postpartum :)

I started working out with Alex in the park, upon recommendation of a friend as I was struggling to motivate myself during lockdown and was so bored of zoom classes and my usual runs. I found his workouts extremely thorough covering all muscle groups. He got to know me well, knows how to motivate me and indulges my competitive spirit. I continue to train with Alex on top of my other activities now that the gym is open again. We are focusing on upper body strength and I see the results. He’s also a great guy with a terrific manner.
