I signed up for the 6 week package with Jackie and couldn’t be happier! Jackie’s approach is professional, encouraging and fun! She tailored the programme to meet my needs whilst still challenging me to improve my fitness and meet my weight loss goals. She also provided lots of helpful advice relating to food and healthy lifestyle choices. I loved training with Jackie and the progress I made so much that I signed up for a second 6 week programme 👍🏻

Jackie is just amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough! After having my son, I felt very nervous about exercising again and she made it so enjoyable! Jackie made me feel comfortable from day one and instinctively knew how to both challenge me and adapt things accordingly. I worked with Jackie for 6 weeks and the results were better than I could have expected. She helped me to regain fitness, strength and confidence, as well as tone up and lose weight so I felt in shape for a beach holiday. Jackie is inspiring, motivating and just a lovely person. Jackie has been absolutely amazing and would (and have )been recommending her to everyone! I did an intense training package with her over 5 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every session. I have been wanting to get back into shape since having my little girl and I’m so pleased I came across Jackie as she’s been really motivating, inspiring and makes you feel super comfortable. She pushes you to reach your goals which is exactly what I needed! My daughter is an even bigger fan of her as some of our sessions were done whilst my little girl was crawling around! Jackie tailored every session to fit my goals and targets and also really helped with my diet and healthy eating. Definitely want more sessions in the future! A Big thank you Jackie x

I started training with Jackie 3 weeks ago and I can admit that it was one of the greatest desicions I've ever made. What I love about Jackie is that she knows how to motivate me, she makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. She has all the equipment you can think of and trains you in the comfort of your home as well as outside. I had never attempted to go out for running before till I met Jackie. I'm now certain I'll be going out for running as often as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.Thank you for everything!

Honestly can't recommend Jackie highly enough! I was totally new to the world of fitness (not to mention a bit scared!) and she has been so kind, patient and thorough it has made everything so much easier. She is very knowledgable and really great at explaining all the exercises and letting you know what they are for/ which bits they are targeting. She also puts loads of thought into how to help you achieve your specific goals with a varied, tailor made programme- which is great for maintaining motivation! Because of my sessions with Jackie I feel stronger, leaner and more confident in my body's capabilities.
Probably the greatest endorsement I can give is the fact that, after completing an initial 6 week course (12 sessions), I have decided to continue seeing Jackie- as I know I am on the right path with her brilliant help.

All goals achieved!!
I started with Jackie almost 1 year ago as I had gained a lot of weight from pregnancy and lost body confidence.
With your help I've lost over 10 kilos in weight, gained strength and I am now in the best shape since 5 years.
Thank you for your constant advice and adapting ther program to my need even when I had a trapped nerve and low backh pain.

Great class for all levels of fitness. Jackie is a fabulous motivator and has oodles of patience.
The circuit allows you to work on all muscle groups and a cardio session to start.
The class has all levels and you get encouragement from jackie and others to push you to achieve the best you can.

It took me a long time to commit to a personal trainer but so glad I finally bit the bullet. Gutted to say I’m nearing my final session with Jackie after commiting to the 6 week program. When I started training I was a mess. After just 5 minutes of cardio I’d be drenched in sweat & ready for a shower! 6 weeks later & my fitness levels have majorly improved. I even enjoy working out now which I never did before. Every session is different & is broken up into cardio & strength training. I used to be scared to use weights but now I can see how they have begun to improve the tone of my legs & arms. I honestly didn’t think I’d see a difference after 6 weeks but I do & now I’m more committed than ever to continue. Jackie also monitors my nutrition & has helped me cut down my calories & focus on eating the right foods. I didn’t realise how much I over indulged! I was so unhappy with my body on holiday this year & can honestly say I feel more confident after these past 6 weeks. I feel firmer & lighter & owe it all to jackie. So if you need motivation then this is it. Don’t think twice. Jackie is AMAZING!
