The Athletic Pursuit team are fantastic! They provide a holistic approach to fitness and health - helping you make changes to your daily exercises, food and nutrition and advice on sleep and other areas of your life. I trained with Grant after the birth of my first son and lost 1.5 stone in 3 months. I have started training with him again after the birth of my second son. I am already seeing changes and feeling so much more energised. Thanks Grant for all you help!
