The best kind of training your money can buy you. Pushes you to new and better limits. Technical so you learn to improve as well as learn new skills every session. Alex gets involved most of the time for you to have a visual presentation as well as extra motivation. Always keeps it fun and enjoyable. You'll never have any regrets going to the sessions and will always end up feeling better, stronger, happier and sweaty after the sessions. Alex is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing to push you to be better.

I have been very impressed with the knowledge of Baraka Training. The trainers take the time to explain why certain exercises have been chosen what what muscles are being targeted.
When I am consistent, I see the results! There is a fine balance between pushing you and but not to the point you can't work out again for a few days. I have definitely gotten stronger and more tone through the workouts. It is also great that they come to you which limits my tendency to get lazy and not go.

I’ve been working with Baraka for a while now and the trainers have taken the time to personalise the sessions for my needs.
I’m 50 and have developed core strength for my back condition and overall muscle tone, fitness and weight loss. Really enjoy the boxing that was new to me and have learned some good technique as well as finding it’s a great stress buster!
Different PTs at Baraka bring their own skills and personalities so it’s nice to mix it up a bit and keep it fresh. Highly recommend them.
