One good, previous personal trainer, now meeting Alex the great, who puts a bespoke plan in place, with his friendly, firm, focused approach to support me in my fitness goals. Each session is geared to motivate, promote and excel from the previous session. My commitment is, his commitment, so it makes for a vigorous partnership. Great PT - keeps me accountable towards achieving my fitness goals, varies the exercises to keep it interesting and I can see continual improvement towards my strength & fitness eg when I first started in Sept 2021 I could do maybe 10 pushup off my knees and now 4 months later I can do 70 (with breaks in between the sets of course 😀). Flexible to arrange in the park (subject to last min weather checks since I am a fairweather exerciser) or over Zoom in between last minute conference call changes. Excellent value for money and you don't even need to buy any equipment, he brings what you need to the outdoor sessions or else adapts the online sessions based on what you do have at home. Finally, he's just a really nice, friendly, personable human being who makes the sessions enjoyable too. Thanks Alex!

Alex has been my PT for a few months after I decided I needed someone to help motivate me and keep me on track. We meet twice a week in a local park for a mixture of strength and cardio. Alex is a coach who listens to our needs and adapts to us.
He has been coaching my 12 year old son and me for 9 months and we have improved in every way. The sessions are always very coherent and diversified.
Also, we speak French and very little English and this has never been a problem.

I've been seeing Alex since March this year. I was not a fan of the idea of seeing a PT but my girlfriend found Alex and booked him. My skepticism could not have been more misplaced. Alex has some freaky Jedi mind-bending trick of making me do way more than I ever want to do at the start of a session! I've been training with Alex over a few months now and I enjoy it so much. The sessions are always different and challenging in their own way which helps me stay motivated. Alex took the time when we first started working together to understand me and what type of exercise I enjoy as well as the injuries I've had in the past. Alex is an excellent trainer.
I started training with Alex about a year ago, I came to him with a few injuries and he has developed a regime to accommodate them whilst still working on my goals. He adapts his style to suit you and quickly finds the most effective ways to motivate you. it never gets boring, he's always introducing new exercises and equipment and has a great way of knowing exactly when to switch it up.
Can't recommend him highly enough.

I'm really pleased that I met Alex! At first I just wanted some short term training to get me fit for a ski trip - Alex definitely delivered, I had no aches and pain and skiied the best I have done in years.
This year I decided to return to Alex to help me with my fitness goals. He has been an incredible support through my journey and I'm really pleased with how I feel and look off the back of my training.
Not only this, Alex is really personable, listens to everything and makes training fun. I fully trust Alex to listen to me and my body and deliver on the results that I want. Alex is able to take my joint issues in to account and set me up with training that doesn't leave me unable to walk! Since training more frequently with Alex over lockdown (first over Zoom and now in my gym) and getting the best results I have seen in years, I have given up my gym membership and now focus on training with Alex, running, cycling and staying fit for the sports that I enjoy.

Alex has been an absolutely brilliant PT and coach. After too many years of not exercising and putting on the pounds, he helped me turn that around fast. He set me a programme which ramped up over time, which was great as I could have been put off by super intense sessions whilst I was still dusting off the cobwebs. He also offered great advice on what I should be doing diet-wise and outside of training. 4 months later, I've lost 2 stone, feel great and am enjoying training again, after too long putting it off!

I have really enjoyed training with Alex since June 2019! I was looking to get back into a fitness routine and to running and Alex worked with me on setting my short term and long term goals and then working in a sustained manner towards them. Alex keeps me honest and we work on the targets and I am very pleased with how Alex has delivered for me.
He has been excellent at coaching me and I see improvements in my overall fitness, strength and stamina. Alex is also great at mixing up the sessions, so each workout routine is always different and is never boring. I leave every session having been challenged, having achieved something new and always feeling energised.
Alex adapted to the Covid situation with online sessions quite seamlessly and the training sessions have been fantastic and really kept me going.

I’ve been training with Alex for over a year and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my stamina and strength. He keeps the sessions varied and interesting. He adjusts the exercises to your ability making sure exercises are challenging enough to keep you motivated. He has been really flexible during lockdown - setting up virtual sessions quickly. I have been training with Alex for around 8 months now. I was very very unfit and very inflexible when we first started.
Wow Alex has really helped me on my journey. First few months were only about stretching and core strength work because cardio was beyond me.
My main aim was to lose weight but he has made me stronger, fitter and much more flexible to the point where I am now out jogging and I play football again to a very good level.
I have built lean muscle.
I am halfway on my weight loss and fitness journey and hopefully in the next 6-7 months I will get to the level I want to be at (with Alex’s focused help of course).
I love the outdoor sessions we do in the park (whether it’s sunny or rainy and dark). I feel like Rocky Balboa training on the mountains.

I've been working with Alex for three months and the results have been very positive. so far I have lost 8kg and dropped a waist size, as well as increased stamina.
Alex is exellent at motivating and encouraging me to push hard and find my limits, something that I just would not do with a pre-recorded online course. He is also able to explain which muscles each exercise is targetting and check my form, to ensure that I am performing everything correctly.
Alex's personalised program that he has in place for me makes sure that we are not repeating the same exercises every week, so it doesn't feel repetitive. He is also a great believer in accountability and tracking progress with fitness tests to measure improvements.

I’ve been training with Alex since March 2019, and he’s an amazing mobile and online PT. He is not a yelling drill captain, and will calmly push one to get results. I am not a very sporty person, and can be a lazy procrastinator, but Alex motivates me to do my best. Even when I was pregnant I was able to work out with him up until 3 days before I gave birth, and I was back with him again 5 weeks after giving birth.
