My daughter and I have been going to the gym for over a year but started training with her a month ago, my regret is that we didn’t start with her from the start.

Excellent service and very professional. I received a welcome pack straight away giving me all the information i needed to help me achieve my goals. I was provided with a diet plan and nutrition advice. She gave me a list of supplements and pre-workout supplements to help me recover after a workout. During our training sessions I was supported and shown how to do a workout if needed. I was given access to an app to track my weight and record all my workouts to keep me motivated. I was able to achieve all my goals and I am happy with the service that as provides. I will definitely recommend to others looking to lose weight and get fit.
