I started training at BTX in October last year and have felt and seen a complete transformation. I trained with Giuseppe, an extremely competent PT who had me lifting me way more weight than I've ever done before, and worked with me to build a solid foundation of strength and knowledge to go forwards with. The team are incredibly warm, friendly and knowledgeable, and able to answer any question you have. The diet plan devised by James has completely changed the way I approach food, I now instinctually eat well whereas before I would stress out about portions and calories. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and their programmes, I had a lot of fun training here and have come away with hugely improved fitness, understanding and attitude towards nutrition and resistance training to continue with in my life.

I joined BTX as I've always struggled to consistently go to the gym and know what exercises I should be doing. BTX keeps you motivated and accountable, Giuseppe is extremely knowledgeable and understands the areas where I need to strengthen. Everyone at the gym is extremely friendly and makes the whole experience much easier and enjoyable.
Already seeing changes and it's only been 3 weeks, looking forward to seeing how far I can progress. Would highly recommend, worth every penny.

I've known and worked out with James now for over a year and the results (i hope) speak for themselves. 30% bodyfat to 3.1%...
Standard story... guy in his 30s, wants to look better, worked with some personal trainers before and got nowhere and just couldn't get the results... until I met James.
James keeps it brilliantly simple, no BS - "eat like this", "pick up/move that". Be disciplined and do as he says and it'll work. You'll be supported along the way and also have a laugh doing it.
His knowledge around nutrition, what to do in the gym & how to do it makes him one of the best trainers in the country.
