Nice personal training studio with all the equipment needed to shape your body.
Some of the instructors in particular are really friendly, which gives you an extra boost.
I always leave the studio totally exhausted but happy and satisfied!

After not exercising for a while following a back injury, I needed motivation to get back into it. Not only is Bodyline fantastic value for money, but the trainers here are brilliant - I've worked with two different ones and both were by far the best trainers I've had, which says something as I have previously paid a lot of money for trainers that were supposed to be really good. The boxing PT sessions are incredible and Roy really knows what he's doing. The business ethic here is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a personal trainer!

I cannot recommend Bodyline more highly. For your tailor-made personal training, it's the best place I've ever been to. It's a fun and friendly environment in which to 'pump iron', and the results that I have achieved are fantastic. What's more, Roy and Richard in particular are always on hand to give top advice on nutrition and how to maintain positivity. An all round amazing place run by awesome dudes!!!

I attended a Bodyline Studios Boot Camp in June 2015 and it was brilliant. The days were well planned with a mix of healthy food, exercise and fitness advice. Although I knew I was working hard, the hours slipped by, as it was such good fun and the trainers, and other participants, were so enthusiastic. The results were amazing too, in just a couple of days. I do not live near the studio so I can’t use their regular facilities but I will definitely be attending their Boot Camps in the future. I attended my first Body line Fitness camp in May with a goal of losing a stone and getting more toned. The weekend set in motion a change in my life style. I have Richard as a personal trainer once a week and I cook every day with a focus on healthy eating. Its taken until September but it's been the easiest way to lose a stone I have ever experienced , and I have enjoyed it. I started training at Bodyline Fitness 3 months ago and am staggered that I'm still attending! Bodyline Fitness is small and friendly, I approached with intrepidation as I'm not a gym lover at all but I have found myself really motivated to continue not only at Bodyline but to embark in other fitness activities too and have found that Roy's honest and simple advice has really resonated. I highly recommend going particularly if you are like me - busy mum, never any time for yourself..... well, I am learning none of us are getting any younger and we all need to take care of ourselves and a simple health and fitness plan works wonders - I have more energy and feel so much better myself from within. Bodyline is great fun and I've found it easy to stick to a routine with the support of Roy and Anna. Other trainers also help out so that you never have an excuse to skip a session. Bodyline is a small gym with a really friendly atmosphere so I look forward to going.Each week is different so I never get in a rut with training. Brilliant.

I have trained with Roy on numerous occasions and I can say that he is not just a standard personal trainer, he is also a very good boxer too! I am a 3 x international boxing champion and I can vouch for Roy's skills. More so training with him showed me that age is just a number and that you can definitely always maintain yourself in good shape regardless of time! I recently attended my first "fitness retreat", with them, in Abingdon and had a really good weekend! Although it would not normally be something I would feel confident to do, the sessions were set up really well, with a variety of trainers, all of whom were very "motivational"!! I’ve been working with Richard one of the Personal Trainers at Bodyline for over a year now. The fact that I’m still visiting twice a week speaks volumes in itself. Yes, it’s more expensive than a gym membership, but what you get in return is fantastic. I’m impressed at what Roy, the owner and the team have created.
Impeccably well-kept facilities are one of the main reasons I’ve remained loyal. It may look like a small space, but do not let this put you off. Not only does Roy constantly work on improving his repertoire of machines, I’ve never been left feeling like I’m working out on top of another client.
Importantly, the team of PT’s at Bodyline offer a great sense of community, it really motivates me to push harder as you don’t feel self-conscious.
Although I’m pretty fit, and do cycling and running on my own, the addition of Bodyline has meant that I’ve become even stronger in these. And, if I’m being incredibly honest, it’s been a healthy way to keep me sane with a very busy work life!
In short, if you live in or around Ealing and are thinking of a PT, I can’t think of anywhere else other than Bodyline to recommend, reasonable rates, great community of grounded PT’s and facilities that are both clean and updated regularly!

It's great to come back to Bodylines after 5 years away (travelling/work etc). To see Roy's new innovations and marketing ideas and to see how true the gym has stayed to its values. The best personal trainers, some veterans, some new - its like coming home. This is a small and friendly gym with a great team. The facilities are good with equipment regularly updated. There are some great trainers each with a different style and strength so there's bound to be a trainer to suit you. The team includes an Osteopath and massage therapists so there's plenty of help with aches and pains too.
Roy is the first person who has ever got me to stick to an exercise regime and enjoy it. I get a personalised programme to meet my goals, it pushes me a little bit further than I really want to go but not so far that it stops me coming back for more.
Whether you are a reluctant couch potato like me or an avid exerciser Bodyline Studios can help. I look forward to seeing you there.

I have trained with Jon for many years now. This has allowed me to retain a reasonable level of fitness (despite training at best, once a week) and to manage knee issues/defer further surgery. Jon takes care planning the sessions, demonstrating the exercises and making adjustments to ensure they are executed correctly. As someone who hasn't been to a gym for 30 odd years i can honestly say that Roy initially and then Jon have made me feel at ease in an environment which was alien to me and I actually look forward to my weekly sessions. I cannot fault the gym or the people I have met there, if like me you want to get moderately fit so that you're not out of breath running round the park with your kids you could do a lot worse than trying out Bodyline, just fill out an on line enquiry then go and see Roy!
