Yuri is very knowledgeable and deeply passionate about what he does. I’ve been training with him since 2017, and I was able to lose 29kg with his support and guidance. I remember when I first started, he patiently explained diet and nutrition and progressively helped me to improve my lifestyle and my choices. I was also intimidated by weightlifting, but he helped me to take the leap and kept pushing me beyond what I thought was possible. Yuri consistently found new ways to challenge me and keep the training sessions exciting and engaging. I would recommend born2befit to anyone interested in embarking on a life-changing journey.

Simply put, Yuri is fantastic! He has been so encouraging and dedicated to helping me achieve my goals and never stops pushing me. Even when I feel like I cannot do any more he helps me achieve it, although never at the expense of correct form which has always been the priority. Going to the gym and having a session with Yuri is a highlight to my week and I thoroughly recommend him!!

I had quite a lot of prior experience in gym workouts but Yuri still managed to improve my techniques which led to better results, show me new exercises and was able to keep me motivated. During the lockdown Yuri was very creative and managed to design an open air workout plan that was not worse than our workouts indoors, even with limited equipment. I highly recommend Yuri.

I worked with Yuri for about 6 months. I was very much a beginner. I always felt Confident to ask him any questions i had about the workout or food etc. Every work out left me feeling like i worked hard and i defiantly saw and felt an improvement. Yuri really helped me get over my fear of the gym! I wanted someone to show me the ropes, starting from absolutely no knowledge or experience. Within months I was confidently weightlifting on my own, reaching strength I had never even considered and doing workouts I'd never have considered or understood... Yuri helped me understand how to safely and independently exercise but didn't stick me on the 'easy stuff'. I learnt how to progress safely to higher weights on my own, and really enjoyed going to the gym.

I have been training with Yuri for a while now and I can honestly say that he is professional, friendly, a great motivator and really knows his stuff (not just exercise but nutrition too). He assess your capability through observation, communication and feedback to create the best workout plan for you. This is especially great for me as I have a physicall and mentally demanding job and don't always have the energy and focus at the end of the day so an altered workout helps me still give 100% towards my goal on the days I really don't want to train. And I have never left the gym disappointed or discouraged. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer no matter what your goal or level of experience is :D
