I've studied at BAJ for two years in total, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was always knowledgeable about the subject taught, and happy to help me with anything, even with my projects outside the Academy. It is a great learning environment with good facilities and thus I could learn a wide range of jewellery skills.

The tutors are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The classes are not overly large so you are able to get individual feedback. They go beyond to help you further your practical skills. The students are very welcoming and there is always interesting dialogue between all involved. A special environment with much enthusiasm for the creative and manufacturing processes.

Amazing close protection training, with excellent teachers, who are dedicated in training all the needed skills to get into the close protection industry. All tutors have years of experience within the higher levels of security industry. Even after I finished the training, I got support, more then expected, in preparing a excellent CV and how to increase my changes on getting a job offer.

Currently studying at the Birmingham site, on Level 3 Fast Track and I'm so pleased to have found BAJ. I did a great deal of research on other jewellery and silversmithing courses, including those offered by the 'top' universities. I decided to go with BAJ because from what I can tell they're one of the only institutions to provide students with a thorough grounding in traditional hand fabrication techniques. The tutors are also excellent, not only knowledgeable but genuinely very passionate about seeing students advance and succeed.

Went there for close protection training end up getting allot more than i bargained for. Amazing group of trainers honestly. Every single one of them. A mixture of colours, religions and backrounds we were in the group but nevertheless we were treated with the utmost respect and dignity by staff. Richard, chris, martin and michael by name were the legends. I advice anyone and everyone to spend some time at BAJ definately worth it!
