Cat is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and versatile in her training program. She provided me with 1-1 training tailored specifically to my needs (I wanted to lift heavier and get my fitness up). I'm a journalist so I don't have much in the way of time, but she worked around my schedule which I am so grateful for! I would highly recommend her services, she's amazing, whether you're a pro fighter, lifter or someone who trains recreationally (or you want to start!).

I started training with Cat in December.
I have lifted for a long time, however Cat helped me refine my technique and make sure I was doing the movements correctly. She has a great deal of knowledge and she doesn’t just tell me what to do, she also explains why we are doing it. She is really patient and kind as a coach and ensures that I get the most out of my training.
Since following her programming I have got stronger, faster and more my boxing has improved. The good thing from her program is that it has fit into my boxing training and has not made me tired - in fact I feel stronger

I have trained on and off for years with many PTs, Cat is by far and away the best I have ever trained with.
She wants to see results as much as you do meaning every session is a challenge and you come out feeling stronger and fitter every time. Aside from seeing results, which is amazing of course, you learn such a variety of exercises that you may think you already knew, but there are slight alterations Cat makes that take you that step further.

Cat is a dedicated, kind and thoughtful coach. Mixing cardio and strength training in one session I always feel like I’ve had a total body workout. She knows my limits better than I do and is always willing to help me exceed my expectations. I’ve been training with her since June 2020 and my body has transformed completely. I used to get serious back pain and migraine from working at the desk all day but with her help I know how to shift my posture to prevent illness. 10/10 would recommend having a session if you’re looking to improve fitness and get strong!

Having started running over lockdown with little idea of what to do for strength and conditioning (I had some ideas) I booked a couple of sessions with cat to see how she could help me strengthen my legs.
Cat taught me a lot about strengthening and activating muscles - especially my glutes and my running improved a lot. I see her once per week now. I also now run without any knee pain which was an issue when I started.
Not only is Cat is a great strength & conditioning coach, with great knowledge she is also really kind and supportive. She knows when to push and when to take it easy.
