Dan is a fantastic coach with a wealth of knowledge across many aspects of fitness, be it boxing coaching, personal training, group classes, and much more. Friendly, patient and personable, I highly recommend getting in touch with him to train, whatever your goals are.

Dan is a great professional and easy to get along with. He helped me with the technical aspect of my boxing but it's clear that he is proficient with S&C and did a great job explaining to me how some movements will benefit my technique. His session is well designed and he was good at judging my fitness level and therefore how much exercise will push me into the 'gains' zone. I'm looking forward to working with Dan in the future!

I would highly recommend Dan as he puts all his time and effort into each individual client. Dan is great, he pushes me to do stuff even when I say I can’t, which is probably 100 times a session! Dan cares about your progress and has great knowledge. He is a great PT who not only helps you improve physically but also helps you mentally. Dan is a great PT. He helped me to understand the relationship between food, exercise and fitness. Previous to him I’d go the gym and workout and never lose weight but I finally did with Dan and I felt so much healthier too.
