Will has been an excellent PT . He really takes the time to think about exercises and movements that suit me post my ACL injury. I have built up my strength and range of movement considerably over the last 5 months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and look forward to continuing the training journey in 2022.

Will is an unbridled joy to be trained by. His depth of knowledge from nutrition to the human body, his always-on, positive attitude and his ability to get the most out of every session, marks him straight out of the top drawer for me. Will was an excellent PT to work with. I have trained with several PTs and Will was by far the best one. He helped me reach my goals within three months and in a manageable way. I also left Will knowing how to train on my own going forward, he is extremely knowledgeable around diet, working with injuries and tailoring exercises to you. All of these qualities along with his interpersonal skills makes him a very easy recommendation.

I've been training with Will for 2-3 years now. He's helped me get stronger and fitter as well as working with me around my myriad of health conditions (PCOS, IBS and Endometriosis) and adapting anything that doesn't quite work with any of those.
His sessions are always fun and he always pushes me to do more, would highly recommend :)

I first met Will over a year ago when I was looking for a personal trainer to help with fitness and conditioning to help improve my strength on the squash court. After seeing him for a few months, I sustained a serious lower back injury lifting at home (and due to 20 years of office based work and 2 young children). To aid in recovery I saw many professionals (physical therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, Pilates instructors etc), but it has honestly only been Will whom has helped me strengthen my body and aid a full recovery.
Will has been an excellent coach, not just for strengthening and fitness, but helping with diet, eating habits and improving my mental agility. He is an all-round brilliant man, approachable, down to earth and full of humour. I can’t recommend him enough and would happily give a verbal reference if any future clients would like one.

Coach Canty or Coach as I often call him is a great mentor, coach and fitness instructor. He has been the only trainer that has shown me how improve my form and way of thinking. In return this has helped me to not only psychically change but mentally to.
There are so many ‘quick win’ faddy diets and training programmes that claim to help you lose weight and tone up. I’ve tried a few and seen friends go through miserable times doing the same. In reality you may achieve the results but you’ve gone through hell and may end up going back to where you started. I’ve had personal trainers before who focused purely on fitness but not strength training. Will is completely different from the rest, he genuinely wants to help and not doing it for the money. He invests his time to coach and guide me to think differently about the way I thought about myself, the foods I eat and long term fitness vs short term fitness. He coaches me to stop being so hard on myself when I feel like I’m not progressing.
I’ve been training with Will for over 6 Months. My arms are getting stronger and toned, my glutes are on fire and my swearing continues to.. well just continues. Coach Canty aka Will kept records of what weights I was lifting or how much I was repping and I’ve been able to compare my results to now. A vast improvement to then and now, I’m excited about my continue progress and training programme with Will.
