Such good personal training. Tyrone is absolutely on point. I'm disabled and he's totally shaped the routines to suit me. He's both effective and incredibly friendly. It's totally transformed my fitness and I look forward to seeing him every week. I always walk out feeling stronger. Highly recommend!

I approached Collective Motion when I hit 40, wanting to expand on the fitness I had been developing myself for a year or so.
The results are brilliant - I walk out of there after a session feeling muscles I never knew existed.
Ty mixes up the exercises loads so it never feels repetitive and he seems to know just right how far to push you with any one exercise or muscle group.
Add some boxing pad work and you really learn about stamina!
Location is very cool - a private gym in the heart of Acre Lane and you are made to feel very welcome. Great tunes too!

The best personal trainer I've been to. Brilliant set up and equipment, Tyrone really listens to your goals and helps you to achieve them.
He makes the sessions challenging but also fun and engaging. I've seen real and fast results since starting doing sessions there.

I found collective motion when looking for gyms after moving to Brixton this past summer. I have a few different injuries so I was looking for someone who could help me get stronger and more pain free while also enjoying working out. I can say that without a doubt Tyrone has been hugely helpful to me. I have improved in balance and strength but also he’s a really fun and kind person to be around. I would highly recommend collective motion!

I’ve never enjoyed getting up to train at 6.30am (especially in the wintertime), until I started training with Ty! Every session I come away learning something new, whether it’s a new exercise, new technique or new muscle I didn’t know could ache so badly... The studio itself is a lovely place to train, and it’s easy to be motivated when you have a dedicated trainer who is constantly educating himself. Ty’s programs are never boring and he has helped me to progress quickly, while still approaching fitness with a holistic view.
Could do with less cats coming to visit though...🙃

Tyrone is an amazing trainer and just an all around lovely guy to work with. He’s made me feel so strong and capable - when I think I can’t do something he proves to me that I can. 10/10 would recommend. Come!! He even gives you a 30 minute trial workout.

Great asset to Brixton! Collective Motion and all the team who work there really give helpful and functional advice - not just focusing on getting thin or lifting heavier - but works right for the body. Ty's holistic approach is really effective! So glad this has opened so close!
