I have been training with Daniell now for a month. He is a great motivator and understands how to cater well to client needs including specific goals that you may have and being very flexible in arranging sessions if you have a busy schedule. Daniell has a great understanding of different muscle groups, and is able to keep you focused. It is also handy that he keeps a track of your workouts in his notebook, which is very useful as we can push harder in subsequent sessions. I couldn't recommend him more!

I've been working with Daniell for about 2 months now. He's great at talking to you and listening what you want to achieve. He then plans out something that fits with your ability and time commitments, pushing you to keep at it. Actively encouraging to get the best out of you. There is regular communication and suggestions of other exercises to do and meal ideas. It's an exercise, mindset and meal plan approach to make sure that in the long term, you can achieve want you want and keep at it. Would strongly recommend working with him!

I have found Daniell to be clear in how he instructs how to use the apparatus and exercise. Its completely a new adventure for me getting fit. I have got my own disabilities but working on strengthening my body and learning to listen to my body is very important. I'm achieving more and more each session I do with Daniell. Even when exercising in the park, I found myself not noticing people around me. Daniell keeps you focused reminds you of breathing throughout the exercising and is a great listener too and works with you even when you feel you can't do it, he guides you through each rep, which encourages me to go for it.
