I’ve worked alongside David for many years and I’ve also been a client of David’s too. In my years knowing him he’s always been among very rare company in the fitness industry. An industry dominated by ego and arrogance, David stands totally apart from this regular crowd.
Instead he stands for understanding and connection with his clients.
His work ethic off the gym floor allows him to cut through the noise in the fitness industry, in order to provide the very best to his clients and colleagues alike.
You will be hard pressed to find a more personable and enjoyable personal trainer to work with than David.
I’ve seen my physique develop, my body fat reduce, my confidence build in and outside of the gym and my understanding grow. All as a result of working with David.

David is an excellent trainer! He helped me lose a ton of weight alongside a few pounds of muscle gain. He’s very well informed and can also give some great tips on food and nutrition. Having trained with David for several years, I can confidently say he is an outstanding PT and person - extremely hard working, fully dedicated to his clients and professional (yet fun to work with!). His sessions are very rewarding - personally I like to push myself to the limit and David is a great asset to make the most out of my training sessions.
He takes into account my abilities, goals and objectives and prepares a detailed training schedule (including supplementary upper/lower body workouts I can do on my own) as well as a nutritional plan to achieve them (I lost over 12 Kgs under his supervision and was in the best shape of my life).
He is very knowledgable and is able to communicate technical concepts / cues in the right way for me to best execute an exercise (and get the most out of it!). In addition, he is always happy to answer any questions and spends time explaining them in great detail.
Overall, a top PT in my view who will push you hard but is a lot of fun to work with. Would highly recommend him!
