David’s an excellent PT who is clearly very passionate about helping his clients stay fit and healthy. I always find his programs challenging, enjoyable and invigorating. Under David’s guidance I’m able to push myself much further than I would on my own. He’s great at tailoring my exercise routine to suit my fitness level - achieving the right balance of challenge versus enjoyment. I’m very happy with my results so far and feel much fitter and in better shape since starting training with David. I recommend him very highly to anyone else thinking of taking up personal training.

Training with David has been great! He is always able to make workouts interesting and challenging. Whilst maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, he was able to push me further than I believed I could go.
If you want to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle, I would highly recommend his training package. Thanks to him I feel empowered to train more on my own and have learned loads of exercises that were tailored to my needs. I don't just feel fitter and stronger but also my energy and mood have improved too!

I started training with David around 2 years ago, as I wanted to improve my cardio and my strength. I've had excellent results and recommend him highly.
David communicates very clearly the aim of each exercise and demonstrates how to complete it. He has an exceptional work ethic, and with his enthusiasm, he creates an environment that is safe and motivating, and in which he is able to push you while remaining friendly and supportive.
The difficulty and complexity of the sessions increase in a way that gives a real sense of progression and achievement. There is also a lot of variety in all the exercises, which keeps the whole journey really fun and engaging.
David has a great personality and he is passionate about what he does, as he is about health, nutrition, and people's own well-being. He is an exceptional personal trainer.

David is a really great personal trainer. I was a total newbie to the gym when I started and very nervous around the machines - and the very idea of the free weights room terrified me! From the beginning David adapted his approach to my level, starting easy and gradually building up so that now I am completely confident about how to train effectively and safely, and feel comfortable in the gym. Since working with David I have made a lot of improvement - I'm stronger, fitter and just feel physically a lot better in general. I could barely lift a twig when I started and now I'm doing 80kg dead-lifts - unimaginable a year ago! And watching videos of his pet parrot Tony is always a fun way to round off a session :)

My sessions with David are fantastic. I find his enthusiasm and drive very motivating.
In each session we focus on a couple of major muscle groups and the specific exercises are different each time which keeps the tough workout very refreshing.

He provided tailored support to drive us at a pace that suited our different personalities, starting points but ultimately gained results.
His advice spanned what to do in the gym as well as how to make adjustments to both lifestyle and diet.
The advice was practical and tweaked on a regular basis to help us course correct.
We would both recommend David as a PT to anyone who has struggled to get into a routine or been turned off by the idea of being forced into a programme that doesn't suit you by a PT who only has one speed.

Being overweight for like all of my entire life, it was always a herculean task for me to get fit and improve my degree and level of fitness and athletecism. Six months with David was life changing. I can't thank him enough for turning my outlook to fitness, health and wellness in a more positive manner. Before, it was always so difficult for me to get up, eat healthy and workout. Now, working out becomes an addiction in a positive way. And having a healthier diet is like second nature. David introduced me to various workouts, from HIIT workouts to strength training, name it and he can guide you through it. Moreover, he gave me confidence in working out on my own and the courage to continue this journey independently. I highly recommend him, a good teacher, an agent of motivation and change, and s gresr change. Slashing off 23 kg from my weight still feels surreal and a big part of this was David.
