Dean is a brilliant personal trainer. He listens carefully to what my fitness goals are and tailors fun workouts to them. I've learned a lot about different workout methods, and I feel a lot stronger and fitter after a couple of months working with him. If you're looking to push yourself a bit or change up your existing workout, I highly recommend Dean.

According to my experience, what makes training with Dean different from training with other PTs, is that he is very empathetic and will amend the training plan according to your physical conditions and needs. At the beginning of our sessions, I wasn't aware that I couldn't jump a much and as often, due to an old injury. Dean immediately modified all the exercises containing jumping for that session and then adapted the complete work out plan by implementing new innovative exercises.
Dean was very focused when he trained me, he would always encourage me when I excelled or correct me when needed. He would also leave enough room for jokes and small talk in order to make the sessions more comfortable.
My goal was to get ready for a bikini video shoot which I had 6 weeks to get ready for. Thus, fat reduction, visible improvements in my abs and buttocks were the focus. Dean was super quick to reply and take me as a client. Upon request, he designed an affordable, realistic meal plan to support my goals. We agreed on training outdoors and when the weather wasn't suitable or something unexpected came up, Dean was very flexible and easy going to reschedule. Even when I was late, he would always go the extra mile for me to get the most out of my work out.
I've been able to maintain my weight after the sessions although I am currently not training. I highly recommend training with Dean, as he will guide you holistically towards your individual life change.

When I started personal training sessions with Dean, I was probably the least disciplined person I knew - that's why I had to find a personal trainer instead of just going to the gym myself! In our first week, I could barely do 8 bodyweight squats, I lacked coordination for most of the movements Dean was making me do, I lacked confidence, and most of all, I lacked focus. I hated working out and came late to almost every session for the simple fact that I didn't want to exercise.
I've been working with Dean for a month now, and with his expert guidance and motivational mentorship, my whole mindset towards exercise has changed. I feel confident and so much more focused in our sessions - and I can even do 30 weighted squats now!
Our sessions are fun, Dean is friendly and engaging, and as a female client, I appreciate that he is respectful and keeps things strictly professional! My workouts with Dean are always challenging and on the (now rare) occasions when I'm struggling, he isn't afraid to get stuck in and do the workout with me. Not only am I shedding the pounds, but the improvement I feel mentally is marked. I leave every session feeling great - which is funny considering one of the first things I ever said to Dean was "How do people actually enjoy this fitness stuff?!"
I've always been someone who gives up, so I never imagined that I would be the kind of person to push myself through a gruelling workout! Thanks to Dean, that has completely changed. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a little guidance in starting your fitness journey.

Dean is the best personal trainer that I have ever had, he is polite, on time and pushes me and has me hitting all my goals. My Las PT would keep on cancelling on me which ended up making me lose money but with Dean you know, no matter what he will be there, even in snow lol.
