George really helped me get back into exercise after I had lost all motivation! He plays the best music and knows how to get your energy levels up when working out! I have been training with George for the past three weeks. At the beginning, I didn’t know him well, but as a customer of the Gym Group, I’ve always seen him coach other clients with passion and high professionalism.

Lets go champ! George is jokes with some good banter to make each session fun. An excellent personal trainer with great knowledge to guide you and give advice/tips. I have been training for a bit by myself and decided to get a personal trainer and it has been money well invested. George has passed on some good knowledge and has bettered my technique. All of it is great, as it helps for when it comes to working out myself. He has a lot of patience and will push you to your limit and has a nice variety of workout routines and super sets to keep you motivated. Always around to ask for any advice/guidance and always encouraging me to keep pushing, working and to stay consistent. If anyone is looking for a personal trainer, I definitely recommend!

I've never felt so strong or been so committed to fitness/growth as I have since I started training with George a year ago! He motivates me in sessions and to work out between sessions (as he notices when you've not been!), he holds me accountable and pushes me! I do way more than I would on my own, he increases the weights, uses a wide range of exercises, keeps it fun and has some great motivating phrases! He is brilliant at adapting activities as I have a back injury that he has helped me recover from by starting carefully, prioritising form and building strength over time! George is a genuinely lovely guy and he really wants you to do well! I'm so glad I decided to put my health and wellbeing high on my priority list by investing in PT sessions with George, for the same cost as a few drinks or not so healthy dinner out, I'm choosing to invest in my future and couldn't be happier with my decision! The gym can be a very intimidating place, specially for someone that never trained before. George, by being really nice and an excellent professional, motivates me to be a better version of myself while respecting my limits at the same time. I am really happy with the results achieved so far and that is due to the work and preparation he puts in my workouts. Remarkable results
