Dragon fitness has good and varied training to suit your needs
Not only is Michael the instructor adept at fitness but also know various martial arts system which he will take elements from and use as aspects of your learning.
Michael is organised and always well prepared, he will train you in any environment that is suitable for example I have trained with him in the park and followed routines online.
Most importantly Michael doesn't take himself too seriously so as well as getting a very good work out the atmosphere is friendly.

I have been trained by Michael for nearly 20 years now on and off, since my early 20s. He has been excellent the whole way through, he is a fantastic motivator and so knowledgeable. He has helped me on so many occasions reach various fitness goals. In all this time he has always been an absolute professional and always great company to help me through times I haven't always wanted to train but been glad I did after! If you are looking for an excellent personal trainer in the North London then welcome to Michael! I have been training under him for around 15 years, from Martial arts to personal fitness training. His knowledge of the anatomy, nutrition and ensuring he gains a full understanding of what you want to achieve - whilst most importantly (to me at 44) avoiding injury - is what sets him apart from other personal trainers. Adding to that, the fact that he is very funny and the most exuberant person you will ever meet :)

Micheal who runs Dragon fitness is amazing with any level of person looking to do martial arts, from children to adults. He will work with you at your pace and isn't exceptionally pushy like some personal trainers. I have done martial arts classes with my son who is really happy.

Michael is one of the funniest and most patient PTs I've had a pleasure to train with. He is extremely calm, his instructions are clear and be it classes, or personal sessions, he's always focused on your health and tempo rather than a number of reps you still need to do. I appreciate the most that he is not striving for quick results, but a lifelong lifestyle change. He is gentle, but also firm in his encouragement for change, extremely supportive and understanding. And the best part, once the 1-2-1 sessions come back into the physical world, if it was a damn hard session, you might quite easily convince him to have stake and a shake/cookies with you. :P

10/10 the best personal trainer and martial arts master. In terms of personal training the session will go at a pace that best suits you, although he'll be encouraging you to surpass your limits he'll do it in a way that is best for you. Say you have back pain, he'll give you a type of workout that will challenge you without affecting or hurting your back. Moreover, th sessions are super fun all the time. Not once have I not had fun. As a martial arts master he's an absolute BEST. I felt challenged and had lots of fun. I miss the days we would go to the academy and one person would be in the middle and our colleagues will go in one by one so that you could show everything that you've learnt that day as well as practice it. You'll get tje best support available, whether that's emotional, or whatever it is you need. Overall, you get a teacher, master and friend all in one package, 5 stars job all the time.
