I have been training with Darren for a number of years and find him to be a personable, supportive, yet tough personal trainer. Darren pushes his clients to better themselves, tone up and lose weight. Darren is flexible in terms of offering online and in-person sessions in a fully-equipped gym. During the lockdowns online sessions helped to keep me active when other forms of exercise weren't possible.
I have made excellent progress - from being very unfit to fitter, and lifting heavier weights and becoming much stronger. Sessions are challenging, yet fun. I highly recommend him.

I've trained with Darren for four months now and would 100% recommend him.
After having a baby during lock down it was easy to put on some comfy stretchy leggings and indulge in yummy food after sleepless nights!
As that's not a recipe to get rid of the baby weight, I started with Darren in August and haven't looked back. The sessions are great, he's super friendly, knowledgeable and you can see results really quickly.

I’ve been training with Darren for 2,5 years and has always been very happy with our sessions.
He tailored a programme that suited my personal needs and I noticed progress just after a couple of sessions. Since then Darren has been very good in making me feel motivated. My back pain is gone and I feel much stronger.
He is also very flexible and we trained outdoors, at home or online depending on circumstances. He sent me a video with short workout programmes that I can do between our sessions.

Sessions are well personalised, and I often come out hating Darren for the next 30 minutes (and the next day), which is probably a good sign!
