I can't praise this place highly enough. All the trainers I've been trained by there are really friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. You work hard, but its also very welcoming and supportive. These guys were a huge help in my recovery from major surgery a while ago. I train with Marco who is excellent. He understood what I'm trying to achieve and came up with really innovative and motivating training sessions. Its always fun and never boring. But in my experience, whoever you train with there, and what ever your fitness level, you'll be in good hands and you'll have a great time.

I used to train with Browne, the owner of Equal Results, when he worked at Dragons gym in Muswell Hill and so followed him when he opened his new venture many years ago now! In those years, I have had a few trainers and all have been very good.
I am presently training with Marco whom I can highly recommend. A lovely guy who always works me extremely hard with lots of encouragement. A must for personal training I think! The half hour flies by and I leave on a high, feeling very energised!

I have been training with Browne at Results for more years than I care to remember. The 30 minute sessions are a great workout as well as not taking up too much of the day. Every session is different so it never feels boring and even outside just now it is great fun and nice to get the fresh air. There is always a warm feel good atmosphere so good for the mind as well as the body. The trainers have a wealth of experience and are committed and professional I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Personal training at Results is fantastic, I’ve been training there for 11 years with various trainers. All have their own style but all are knowledgeable and keep the sessions varied and effective for all body training, making use of the wide range of gym equipment. I’d absolutely recommend them. I can't recommend Browne and the team at Equals Results enough. I joined for a few sessions to build my confidence in the gym and ended up training with them for years. I've learnt so much about building my fitness and strength and developing sustainable fitness routines. 30 min sessions work well around busy shedules and make personal training affordable. As someone who hadn’t done any exercise for years I can thoroughly recommend Results. All the trainers are professional, friendly and enthusiastic. They managed to persuade a fitness phobe like me to enjoy training. I now run 2-3 times per week and continue to train with results (probably been going over 4-5 years now). Just the right combination of chat, fun and a serious work out. Browne is fab, I’ve also really enjoyed boxing with Isaac and Eni is great on zoom. Give them a go! Anyone and everyone can do it.

I have joined Equal Results PT about a year ago and don't regret it ! Sessions are tailored as per your needs and goals.. 30 minutes which is the max I can do without feeling exhausted after a session, yet very intense and efficient! Marco my PT is really professional in the way he prepares the sessions, but also super flexible (adapting the exercises constantly when I've got pain somewhere) and fun! Highly recommend.

I’ve been training with Equal Results for over a year now. I find their training sessions approachable, fun and I’ve really get a lot out of them. I’ve never been able to exercise consistently before, but have been going regularly since I started.
The format really suits me, 30 mins of intense training and then you can get on with the rest of your day. I’ve mostly trained with Eni and she is a fantastic, motivating and fun trainer. When I’ve occasionally used other trainers they have all been professional and of excellent standard.
Training from home has worked out really well, but I can’t wait to get back to the studio.

Cathy has been my personal trainer for over two years and she's fantastic. She plans out sessions taking on board whatever I want to work on that week. She's knowledgeable about the human body and stretches me without making the sessions an endurance test. I really rate the concept of half an hour sessions as they are short enough to cope with but my fitness has massively increased. I see myself keeping up with this for many years to come.

I joined Results a couple of years ago having been used to one hour personal training sessions for many years.
I have found their model of regular 30 minute sessions of varying intensity a great way of maintaining my fitness, and improving it if need be in advance of particular events or activities, like skiing.
The trainers are very experienced in getting maximum benefit from the time and making it an overall enjoyable experience. Eni has been my trainer for most of my time with Results and I would thoroughly recommend her.

Having been very into fitness over the years I was extremely out of shape and needed to find something that could help kickstart me back into gear. Equals results was close by and I'm so glad I found it...the 30 minute sessions are perfect to fit around work, but also give you a seriously good workout. I had always planned to leave once I got my fitness levels back to where I wanted them, but I now can't imagine my weekly routine without these sessions...and that is due to my trainer Marco Giannetto....he is extremely passionate (meaning you won't want to let him down!), great at what he does but also SO NICE. He has also got me really into boxing, which I had no idea I would love so much. The great thing about Marco is that he would be a good fit for anyone...my wife is now also trained by him after I said how great he was. She has completely different goals to me, but also couldn't get through the week as effectively without Marco's sessions!

I never liked exercising and never committed to it. But since joining Equal Results 6 yrs ago I go 3 times a week religiously and I may moan to my poor, patient trainers Browne and Tom, but I enjoy every minute.
I now feel strong and I actually look forward to my workout. Browne’s motivational speeches like, “shut up and get on with it” are an inspiration and keep you going. It’s a fun great place and I recommend to anyone to give it a go.

As someone who has always struggled with weight for as long as I can remember. I have been attending equals results from when they first opened in Priory Road N8. I have made changes and Results have helped me to work towards my own personal goals always being supportive. Things have been tougher through COVID and as someone who got COVID and now recovering. I am working towards running 5k in under 50 minutes. Although it’s not all about weight loss, it’s about enjoyment and well being. I train with Browne but I can highly recommend all the trainers!

My fitness was deteriorating, along with my self-esteem and mental health in general from the gym closures. My best attempts at being resourceful in the woods with climbing rope and olympic rings was being thwarted by the quagmire and miserable weather.
I walked past Equals in Muswell and was delighted they were still operating in the woods. Met Eni and soon my mojo returned, along with everything else to keep me sane in this weird landscape.
Trainer Eni's knowledge of diet, anatomy and exercises, mixes things up to such a degree that I am working muscles that I wouldn't normally employ with my own workouts. Her motivation and concern for my physicality keeps me in a safe place to max out without injury. 30 minutes is all it takes and all I can muster.
Weather - no issue. In the wet, we train under the old railway bridge in the dry and in the woods when it's fair. All kit provided with a myriad of applications.
Not one for reviews ordinarily but I feel reinvigorated now and galvanised to write one.
I can't recommend this gym team more highly.
