I started seeing Eser almost 3 years ago for weekly PT sessions and that was the best ever step I took to improve my health and fitness! I was a complete beginner when I started and quite uncomfortable in a gym. Eser helped me to build my strength and confidence so that I can now squat my own body weight - something I wouldn't have ever imagined possible! His training style really works for me as although we work hard we also have a laugh and the hour is up before I know it. He's a lovely guy and the sessions are genuinely enjoyable. I would highly recommend Eser to anyone!

I've trained with Eser for a few years now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He listens to what you want to achieve and gives great and knowledgeable advice on your health and diet to work alongside your fitness goals. He has a warm and open personality and helps you work hard in an encouraging and positive manner which makes you look forward to training.

I couldn't recommended Eser enough. I first started training with Eser in preparation for my wedding, I left 4 months to fix up and I thank god I found eser as I reached beyond my goals, I lost and toned up bumps I believed were not possible. I still train with him now 3 years later as working out with him has become addictive....never thought I'd say that about going to the gym. He makes workouts fun and you have a good time training. I always say a sign of a good trainer is if he looks the part himself....and he sure does look in shape and like he knows what he's doing! Thank you Eser x

Choosing a person trainer can be quite overwhelming due to the amount of trainers out there, I happened to bump into Eser’s website, and decided to give him a try. I was fortunate enough to find such a nice trainer who continuously support me both mentally and physically in order for me to reach my fitness goals. He became more than a trainer but a true friend throughout my 3 months of training.
