I began training with Julian May 2021 and have grown in confidence & physical strength since then. He is an excellent trainer who helps to develop life long training habits to support long term goals. He is extremely personable, has incredible knowledge & communicates with clients well. If you are new to training like me and would like to maximise what you gain from gym sessions in a non judgmental, supportive environment, Julian is your guy! Each session is well planned & managed so I just focus on training. Without hesitation I recommend Julian and look forward to continuing to work with him.

Julian is an incredible trainer. He always comes up with creative ways to challenge my muscles and boost my motivation to train. I have been training with Julian for over 12 months and have enjoyed every session. Ordinally starting during COVID (when allowed) with outdoor sessions than in the gym when open.
With playing competitive sport and suffering from muscle injuries including Shin Splits, torn Hamstring and Ligament injury in my Ankle. Julian has been able to assist with muscle repair to the point I feel no pain nor even remember I had those injuries.
In addition, Julian keep each session from being repetitive and ensure that all the body is worked during the session. Talk through what is being worked on and the benefits

Julian is warm and professional. He genuinely wants to help you to achieve your goals and will work with you to reach it. No class is the same and he pushes you harder each time. I am very pleased with my results so far (despite my injuries) however my journey will be a marathon and not a sprint in which I am glad that I chose Julian as my PT.

Julian has been great in helping me get back into the gym and working out. He took time to understand my goals and then combined with a very thorough assessment of my ability, produced an individual plan. The best thing about working with Julian is the variety. I don't think we ever came close to a repetitive session and I learned loads of new exercises. If we get back to the office anytime soon I look forward to working with him again.

Julian has been great at creating a programme for me to continue to follow at home during lockdown. Through a series of video calls we were able to establish routines I could complete at home with the equipment I have. He maintains regular contact to see how I'm getting on and tweak the programme if needed. He is great at sending through videos of exercises I'm unsure of too. He has also been on hand to offer nutritional advice also.

I started training with Julian last October and I’ve not looked back since – he’s got a great ability to design the right mix of cardio, strength and core workouts that have given me visible gains in all the areas I had imagined. I had been off weight training since my lower back injury, but now with Julian’s help – I’m not only back to training, but am able to safely lift heavier weights and look and feel much fitter with every passing week 😎
