Love it for it's neat space, fab equipment, great amount of natural light and quiet surrounding.

I’ve been training with Flo for four months now and can honestly say I’ve never felt better! I was pretty much a gym novice at the start of the year and with Flo’s guidance and encouragement I’ve made so much progress in our twice weekly sessions. Flo is a great and approachable PT, she has helped push me with new exercises but maintains that you do it correctly and safely at all times. Flo is also very knowledgeable about nutritional information and comes up with great ways to help you if you need it. I’ve been training with Flo for a few months now and the change in my strength, energy and weight has been very significant. She takes the time to understand your starting point, your goals and your limits and works with you to meet and stretch those so you see the results you’re after. She also makes a big effort to improve and perfect your form to ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions without risking injury. Her advice, target-setting and support on nutrition, coupled with the training sessions has had me lose around 10% of my bodyweight in 3 months, which was more than I thought would be possible in such a short space of time. 12 out of 10 would recommend to anyone who wants to become fitter and healthier but isn’t sure how to take that first step!
