Amazing trainer - Anthony really listened to me and understood my goals and created my workout plan based on achieving these. However, his understanding of diet and teaching you to adjust your diet to your lifestyle to achieve the body you want is phenomenal! In the space of 6 months not only did I loose 5kg of body fat but I learnt more about nutrition and calorie management than I have in 5 years of gymming with and without other PTs. This is the place to come to gain the skills you need to get and maintain any body shape you want, while still enjoying life! Thanks so much :)!!!

Starting to train with Anthony was by far one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I came to him in April 2018 I was unhappy and convinced that I was never going to achieve my actual fitness goals. Now, just over 1.5 years later I’m almost 30kg lighter and the happiest I’ve ever been!
In the time I’ve been working with him Anthony has taught me more about nutrition, health and fitness than any of the other doctors and nutritionists I’ve worked with ever did. He helped me understand how losing fat and gaining muscles works which improved my relationship with food and fitness massively!
I can only recommend working with Anthony as your personal trainer as he cares about all of his clients and will try his best to make sure they achieve your goals whilst still being able to enjoy life and develop habits that will las you a lifetime.

An excellent, highly knowledgable trainer in the heart of London. Following Anthony's well thought out training regime, I've noticed increased muscle size, performance and reduction in body fat. Compared with other London trainers I've used, what I've come to appreciate is Anthony's great knowledge in nutrition. His personalised nutrition plan really was an eye opener for me and highlighted how easy it can be, as long as you track and are true to yourself. Couldn't recommend more!

Anthony is a brilliant trainer and a considerate nutritionist. He is incredibly supportive, patient and I lost 5 pounds in the first two months with him! Further leg pressing 110kgs like a bosslady is no mean feat after 1 month 💪 I have recommended him to several friends and would not hesitate recommending him here. If you are consistent, it doesn't have to be boring. The workouts are personal and the meals enjoyable. A great guide to your fitness journey!

Anthony is not the first personal trainer I have worked with, so I can quite genuinely say that he is the best I've worked with. I am not a body builder, I'm a cyclist, supplementing my race training with weights in the gym. Cycling is not Anthony's first sport of specialism, however he has shown a genuine interest in what I do and in what he can bring to the table, carrying out research into the specifics of the training we are doing to make sure I get the best out of every single rep, every single session. Result, in 2016 I won the Kent County Hill Climb Champs and placed 8th at the National Hill Climb Champs. This year, I'm hoping for even better. Anthony also has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed in the often intimidating gym environment, as well as focused and motivated. Whatever your goals, whatever your level of ability, Anthony is the PT I would recommend, 100 per cent.

Anthony is a great trainer. He takes a precise, scientific tested approach to your training that comes with his experience. He makes sure your training regime gets results with sensible dieting that doesn't feel like you're punishing yourself. He never relies on bro science (crappy fitness advice that's just based on pseudo-science like old wives tales), and always makes sure your technique etc is correct so you can get the maximum out of your gym sessions and not injuring yourself.
I myself have a had a big improvement. Could barely do a press up/pull up, now I'm doing several!

Anthony is seriously the best PT I've had so far!!! And trust me - I've had quite a few. He never bans me from eating what I want but, instead, applies science to my diet so I get the most out of it. While having fun. And getting stronger than ever. And occasionally 'passing out' laughing on the gym floor. He certainly pushes you but not more than you can handle. Oh and he will feed you with the most amazing pancakes. While getting stronger and leaner than ever. Win win on all counts! :) And last but not least, Anthony's attention to the technique of each and every exercise will make you stronger the safe way, while targeting any muscle imbalances.... that you might have not been even aware of before.

I've trained with PTs in the past and without a shadow of doubt, Anthony has surpassed any of them. The results and education in such a short space of time has been incredible. What really has set him apart is that the training is tailored to you without any pressure. It started with a consultation from which I walked away with so much information. There was no hard sell, just a chat. He talked to me like a person and for once, I actually didn't feel insecure. This has resonated throughout the training process. Continually checking in on how I feel, should we adjust. Results are achieved through nutrition and training. There isn't a diet. There's education around how to maintain a lifestyle that helps achieve fitness goals. I kid you not, i've eaten pizzas and donuts and seen more results in a few months than with any trainer.
