I have been working with Boris for 10 months, twice a week in the park. He created a tailored programme around my goals and favourite exercises which meant all of our sessions have been really fun. Since starting with Boris my confidence has grown and I am able to perform more complex exercises. If you want to feel fit, healthy and have fun then choose Boris!

When I started training with Boris I had barely entered a gym in my life. He taught me to squat, bench press and deadlift with proper form, along with a range of auxiliary exercises and stretches to avoid injury. He really knows his stuff and will push you to achieve your potential.

I've really struggled in the past finding a personal trainer that actually listens and recommends a tailored approach rather than driving you towards what they perceive as the right body type, and have been really impressed by Boris. He's been great through lockdown at adapting to running sessions over zoom, but was always happy to lug equipment to the park for sessions. Highly recommended!

An amazing PT always pushing me to do better and encouraging me to push myself,helped me improve my form for deadlift and squats and I was able to lift heavier and much better very quickly.
