Richard has been teaching me boxing for 5 months and I can honestly say I look forward to our training sessions every week. Richard has adapted the classes to accommodate a whole host of aliments and injuries and the hour we spend burning calories and learning techniques goes very quickly every time!

Richard is a wonderful motivator, trainer and teacher. I have been working with him for 18 months. I used to just attend his (in person) boxing classes but now am doing (online) both personal training and a weekly class. I have been personal training with Richard Wall of Fitnessize since 2002. A friend originally introduced me and I have not looked back.
I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently early 50’s) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Richard is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.
Not only do I personal train with Richard, but I also join his weekly boot camps, you get to do a good workout as well has having lots of fun and encouragement from my fellow boot campers.
I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with Richard’s help for a long time to come. I would recommend Fitnessize in a heartbeat,

I've been training with Richard Wall at Fitnessize now since October 2015. The boxing bootcamps are awesome - great fun and a great way to get fit. I also have personal training sessions with Richard and he is great at keeping me going, pushing me to my limit (even when I think I've already passed it) and making me laugh. I would recommend Richard to anyone who wants to get fight or get in shape in a fun environment.

I am a huge fan of Fitnessize and would recommend training with Richard Wall to anyone! I have had the pleasure of knowing Rich for about 8 years. During that time I have enjoyed PT sessions created by Richard to help me maintain fitness, lose weight and tone up my body. He encouraged me to try Boxing as part of my fitness regime and I am so pleased I did! Rich's Boxing Boot camps are great fun, brilliant exercise and an excellent way to de-stress! Richard never stops challenging me as recently he suggested I do a 10 Km charity run. At first I was not sure if I could do it, but Richard's non-stop encouragement and belief in me during training helped me complete the run! Plus Rich was there to cheer me on as I crossed the finish line! Thank you Richard for helping me achieve more than I thought possible!

Finessize is a really fun and welcoming way to train. I have been going to the bootcamps that Richard runs a few months now and I really enjoy it. It's different every week and there are also regular socials so it's a great way to meet new people!

I have been training with Fitnessize for 3 years now. I started off with personal training with Richard to get me off the blocks from an initial state of zero fitness and have attended boxing and blast bootcamps regularly as part of a lifestyle change to get and remain fitter than I used to be.
The 1 hour bootcamp sessions in the park are great and really recommended.

My husband and I have been training with Rich for almost 3 years now. We started off with one PT session a week and are now seeing him 3 times a week! We are both much fitter and stronger than we used to be. Rich keeps our sessions tough and varied, with loads of creative exercises and equipment. There is a good mix of cardio, strength and balance work in all of our sessions, using running drills, boxing, tennis, TRX, kettlebells, skipping ropes etc. He has also been good at working around our occasional injuries (sustained outside of our sessions!). If you're looking to train with someone who will push you hard while keeping things fun, Rich is your man!

I’m currently having PT training with Richard @fitnessize using an online app where I had to answers questions about what I wanted to achieve weight loss ,toning ,bulking etc any training problems I might have with injuries also finds out what equipment you have to use at home what days you want to exercise and then you using that information to create a personalised training plan for you which is easy to use and communicate with Richard he takes you though all the exercises on the app I couldn’t be happier with my results so far 12lbs in 7 weeks I’m also following a calorie controlled diet to help me as well and I’m looking so much more toned and defined the great thing is I’ve been able to do it all from home in Yorkshire I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape or loss weight
