I came to Felix with shoulder stability problems and a general desire to build strength. I've been working with him for 2 months now and my shoulder has made amazing progress. As someone who has never consistently gone to the gym regularly, it has been amazing to find a PT who I enjoy seeing twice a week.

Felix is a body Yoda.
I came for strength and mobility work on my 40 year-old frame, and after a few months' of steady, technique-orientated progressions I'm feeling pretty damn pleased to have found him. He's conscientious, knowledgeable, and polite enough to laugh at my jokes and not my physical efforts.
The classic PT beasting has its place, and that place is elsewhere: I'd recommend Felix if you want to improve the fundamental state of your body rather than simply bust a sweat or lift heavier things.

It's no exaggeration to say that Felix has changed my life. This time last year, I had chronic neck and back pain from years of bad posture. Just over a year later and I am comfortably progressing on the olympic rings! My pain is gone and my outlook on personal training and how I approach the gym has changed forever. His philosophy on training and how to condition the body are what make him different to any other trainer I have previously worked with. He provided a unique plan which changed often to suit any injury I may have picked up, and slowly re-conditioned my body to return to move in a much freer way. I could not recommend him more! I cannot find enough words to define Felix, he's just what you need if you're looking for a professional personal trainer. I am an Osteopath and I looked for a personal trainer for some of my patients. What I looked for was not just fitness and wellness knowledge, but also quality and functionality of the human body, so someone that could connect performance and quality of life. Felix has been absolutely brilliant for me since we started training together 6 months ago. I had suffered from severe upper back and neck pain from years of bad posture and gym habits, and made worse since lockdown in 2020 and working from home! Immediately from our first consultation I could tell that Felix was different from other trainers, really trying to understand the problems I had, and made it apparent that this would be a team effort working together.
I've made huge progress with my pain reducing a lot, and incredible gains in flexibility in my upper back.
The training is always fun, interesting and challenging, with Felix always looking for ways to push my to new things. I would highly recommend him

Felix has the unique quality of talking and listening to you, while at the same time he talks and listens to your body. And it is mutual: your body talks and listens to Felix carefully. And it is transitive: day after day, session after session, both you and your body communicate more and more, discovering what you already knew as well as what you thought impossible to achieve. Pains disappear and playfulness and awareness take the place of mindless repetitions and efforts. Very highly recommended.

Felix is professional and dedicated - he has a deep understanding of how the body work and moves and crafts exercises that get you what you need. I’ve been working with him for a year and he’s been brilliant, I’ve noticed improvements in balance, posture strength and flexibility, which is really helpful in my martial arts training. I genuinely enjoy working with Felix. After changing jobs and having to travel considerably for work, I stopped prioritising my fitness.
